Because of the large number of candidates who came to attend the interview, I was asked to come for the next day to attend the interview. So I’ve got a lot of time to prepare for social science portions as I’m not prepared for answering questions from social science.. But second day, when I approach the interview panel they said that There is no vacancy for social science teachers and said sorry to me.. What reliability this organization possesses??? They have given me wrong information and I have missed my opportunity.. I’ll not recommend this agency to those who aspire to work in Maldives..

Worst placement servicefirstly when ur cv is selected they will call u n no.of times Nd asl u to sbmit an amount to go further. Once u have sbmited the amount nd cleared first round of interview again they will ask u to sbmit some amount. Nd thn if u dont want to go further nd want ur money to b refund they will juat tell u it will b done today, tomorrow this week thts itThe lady who called me for the selection has put my no.in blacklist. Worst response from the H.R. can anyone from this placement service reply me. Initially, it was the best placement..but gradually showed the true colors.1. Even if you are congratulated at the time of interview, dont consider it to be final..when you dont get a provisional letter and you ask the placement, they give funny...arrogant replies.2. 1 month salary is to be paid alongwith HRA.3. Need to pay 33% tax on salary. There isnt any tax benefit and no account of tax paid..4. Remittance charges for salary transfer is 8-10 %.5. Anytime your designation may be changed leading to change in salary too...placement do not involve in it..as they have nothing to loose..but may gain..6. if you are young, then giving your productive age isnt advisable.7. The workload and course assignment in universities do not follow any norm..any number of courses..relevent..irrelevent be assigned.8. Contract can be terminated any time without prior notice from either party.These are the facts based on personal experience with no negative thoughts or criticism.NB: Comments for improvement in service nothing more then that..

I appeared in interview for 3 times at different places, out of three round I got selected in Hyderabad and they told the salary they are going to give. Happily I come out of interview room and when GP disclosed the results I came to my name is not the list, by asking them whats the reason they said someone might agree to work on less salary as they offered to you.So this is all a Game of money only, played by consultancy people. No transparency at all they will simply treat you like slave. also I hear from lots of people who are in Ethiopia that the life their is simply sucks, no proper food, no medical care, rude behavior by university people. and also many locations are rural and very dangerous (Due to Boko Haram), so I strongly recommend to avoid such money suckers consultant. RIP

Hi friends, Please consider these facts before choosing an Ethiopia.1. 35% tax on your gross salary (eg: 2000$ - 700$ = 1300$ Gross salary; 1300 - 300 (expenses) = 1000$ net salary; 1000x55 = 55000inr approximately)2. Facing all the difficulties in procuring basic needs, transport and other3. Dont pay taxable amount to the agents as fee4. 1 USD it equal to 55aprx, not 69 INR, because there is double conversion and remittance charges5. pay consultancy fee after calculating 1USDx55 not with 68 (present), because 1USD from Ethiopia is 55 only.> keep all this facts and raise your voice with agents as well as Ethiopian delegates. Ask more salary according to above calculations dont go blindly as you dont have GRAINS, if you do so , they behave as if they No BRAINS.Key Facts:>for Ethiopia there is only human trafficking not a brain drain.>it is sort of slavery not a service (you come to know once you be there)>you need to face lot of problems (Basic needs, Hospitals, Water, Electricity, Internet etc)> once Indianans were treated as teachers, now we are teaching by them, just try to understand the fact.

Dear Maters/PhD holders,Plz keep in mind that, they conduct only an eye wash interview. But the candidates are selected only based on roulette wheel selection.I am not going to talk abt GPS or their f**king damn interview process.Its regarding the pay.You might have noticed the salary fixation during interview process. But the actual salary to be granted for an PhD is 5000 US $, but they pay you less. Remaining amounts are eaten by some rats (rats in India as well in Ethiopia).Therefore, a humble request to all phd candidate. Dont spoil your own demand, everyone stay united and make your demand higher.

Fake Offer Letter Producing Consultancy. They Cheated me and spoiled my life asking me to resign present job by showing a fake offer letter i.e i was selected by Bahir Dar University, Ethiopia but it is not true. And, Collected money from holding my money as their capital for long time. finaaly, they simply appologies... Here i am informing you all Professors dont get cheat by them.
