I did my MBBS from Isra & as far as studies are concerned then it is best!!Clean & hygienic hostel & hospital.Professors are excellent from academics to hospital side.

Was expecting professional & institutional support, which wasnt there. Individual one was truly good. Excellent infrastructure being ruined and poorly managed. Cleanliness & hygiene was weakly managed.

Senior doctors/specialists are not available in emergency at night time. When I discharged my patient and got bill and readed i found that NG tube charges were mentioned even my patient didnt got NG tube. When I complained they argued first then I said conform from all staff and doctors then they verified that NG was not passed and returned amount. But no responsible person from administration was found/ staff not guided to avoid the complain.If there was any one who dont read the bill must had to pay extra bill.From the attitude of recptionset and staff of ER I found that it was not a mistack, it was deliberate act and receptionist and ER staff was involved togeather.

Not a good experience there, staff was very rude and lazy, very overpriced and low quality health care provided. P.s if you are in an emergency at night time go to some other hospital near you coz they dont have good doctors available in night shifts.
