Overall service is appreciable, here is more focus needs to be done on online booking.Online booking service must be improved like Pak-Railway.

Overall facility was fine. But there was one issue In mens washroom there are more than 20 toilet in which only one seat toilet. Which is really inconvenience for passengers.

Trip was average the bus is not that comfortable as compaire to other bus service providers

Too far from Hyderabad, no any booking or pickup service in city. Staff behavior is very unprofessional and inhuman.

This terminal is located at Ayub Hotel on national highway. Faisal Mover is a very good bus service. Very good road travel experience. Their snack is also better. They offer breakfast also if you do night travel with Faisal Movers. Quality of buses is good. Staff is also trained and helpful.

Good service but not better, needs improvement in their staffs behavior and food provision,they always tried to save one time meal.No response on any complaint.

Faisal movers has multiple terminals in almost every major city of the country. Each of their terminal is pretty good and well maintained especially in provincial capitals. Those located in smaller cities are rather basic with only small seating and just the entertainment of TV.The same is for Hyderabad terminal. However they have a tuck shop here with very reasonably prices for packed as well as baked products.Considering it to be a local company and comparing its services to international traveling companies like Daewoo, they put up a good challenge for that. I recommend using our own companies instead of going to foreign ones as it helps the economy of the country and promotes local businesses. Hands off to their services

As the vehicle mostly arrive at early morning at 2 and 3 oclock who comes from Lahore , Multan etc. there is no facility for night stay or hotel near by. you will have to higher special riksha etc to go station areas for hotels.
