Worst branch of PNB Housing and full of non-professional bunch of people. Took appointment for a specific time for my loan related work and made to wait for more than 1.5hrs without any reason to the wait time. Pathetic experience.
The worst response from the bank & customer service team. no commitment, completely unethical, un professionals, they wont give any value to the customer. i didnt see the worst bank then PNB hosuing
Terrible service. They dont notify customers on change of interest rates and other thing. Just want squeeze the money of the customers for small things and dont have anything online (Online banking is just for name sake). It is useful for Bank to squeeze money from customer.

None of the time returned with satisfactory service. I do not know why they are continuing this branch, when they are not able to serve. Reception is very rude. No response to phones. Very bad experience. I never apply for this bank in future.

PNB Housing is there worst financing company I’ve ever seen, higher interest rates compared to other pvt lenders, no value for customer.It’s better not to talk about their customer care, they don’t care at all. Don’t take loans here, they exploit customers, never trust their promises and never consider this for any loans.
Worst Service. Security handles and talks like a manager or head of the branch. Took 3 hours to contact the manager for closing loan.
Why the people are going PNB I am unable to understand. Worst branch worst people. Please dont take any loan especially this branch. They missed my documents many times and we have to go multiple times to this branch. They have lunch 2 hours they dont mind customers. If you observe the PNB employees all are diffrent. Please dont approach this branch. See every is giving low rating.
This is not a LTD bank and is worst than a government bank. I had very unpleasant experience here. Unprofessional behaviour. Staff would go for lunch for almost 2 -3 hours. They systems are slow, but few customers who are their friends would get good service. Don’t know if bribes would help in getting service to customers who are not their friends. I would never bank with them advice my friends and family to do so.
I forward PMAY application status through pnb bank since last year , still it is in first stage.no one take responsibility in this bank.

Even single star waste for this branch, post loan approval the responce from these guys is very poor ,even they wont pick customer calls particularly Mr Maruthi who was a PNB employee behaves completely opposite after taking house loan,even he wont respond for any quires I suggest not to go with this branch

Worst bank. Very unprofessional. The staff go out for breaks for hours and keep customers waiting for hrs. This happened in the Banjara hills branch in hyd. Gachibowli branch was good in terms of customer service.
The worst people to go for a loan . I have taken a loan and closed it . I was in loss because of agent and staff for loan of 7 lakh 50 thousand without information they gave me an insurance of 1 lakh 60 thousand which they included in principal amount so in total I was paying emi for 9 lakh 20 thousand as against 7 lakh 50 thousand. After 2 years I closed the loan and they said I will get a refund for insurance for total 1 lakh 60 thousand for 2 years they changed 1 lakh 50 thousand and refunded 30 thousand which is pathetic. I will said across these details to irdi to see if they can do anything about this.
Pre closure request done quickly . Im happy to exit my house loan from this bank. In one year My hloan rate of interest increased from 8.75 to 9.64.... 1 star is more enough for their behaviour.Beware of below processing days while existing loan...1. Pre closure letter - 15 working days2. After paying cheque, 13 working days to deliver your original documents.You will end up with upto 2 months for balance transfer to other bank.Think and consider all points before applying loan with this useless bank.Staff still arragontly saying still we have 200 cr business everyday though customer service is worst. One day it will be shutdown.

Has good parking facility.the staff are good.I didnt had to wait more than 5-minutes to finish my work during my last 4 visits!!!though I havent taken the loan from this branch, i find it convenient.I agree that the PNB as a whole do not notify you the first time when the interest rate changes but when I visited this branch, they explained how to change the floating interest .

Worst bank and worst people that I had encountered till now. I have taken a home loan from this bank and after that home loan rates got down by 1.5% . They never bothered to change and release my loan documents to go to other bank. I do not even get a reply if I mail or call them. Worst people and WORST BANK to go for. I would give no star for this.
