I have house loan with Axis and I had lot of cheque bounces. I continued missing the due date, but never missed making a payment. I have cleared 96% of the Principal amount that was given to me. I was looking for additional loan amount (top-up), as I was not getting the response from customer service over the phone, I decided to visit the Secunderbad branch. I firstly Thank the entire team for following all the COVID rules. The people sitting at the counter couldnt help me as my case is little complicated and I was made to meet another manager by Santhosh. He understood my query and he was sure that I will not get the top-up loan, for the multiple cheque bounces I had. How ever he took my pay-slip went inside and came with the same answer what the customer representatives gave. My only point of debate with him was, what was his need at he bank when he cannot go an extra mile and help the customer. All that he was saying is that I had a cheque bounces but he could have spoke to his manager or other department on the 96% of Principal amount that was cleared. He later asked me to contact the Customer Care team at the Desk and i told him because they couldnt do it, they brought you in here. He then asked me to check with their manager and walked away. I was disappointed with his attitude. I PREFER NOT GOING BACK TO AXIS HOME LOAN SECUNDERABAD AND WILL PROBABLY AVOID TAKING LOAN AGAIN FROM AXIS. THANK YOU AXIS FOR THE WORST EXPERIENCE AND PLEASE CONTINUE.

Out of 7 customer support desks half of them are always empty. Coustomers have to come prepare with their time at least 4 hours.

No reception.No proper info is provided.All are just made to wait for longer period.The attitude of employees is not cordial.Felt as if I was in Osmania general hospital.COVID norms not followed....only for show off the things are marked...not a good approach.Manager should think of taking some COVID precautions...

AXIX BANK DOES NOT REPLY TO ITS CUSTYOMER

Just like their Customer Care Service they also dont know their own processes, always half information, last minute changes Pathetic Bank.

So pathetic attitude and no respect for their own HMI customers. They did not accept or acknowledged our official letter

The address location on Google is incorrect 5-2-183/184. The actual location is Suzuki showroom building 4th floor which is beside Mahindra showroom rp road opposite petrol pump near the signal. Maniraj was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped us close our loan in 15mins.

Pathetic service and pathetic bank. They have charged annual charges for an inactive credit card which I have cancelled a few years back. Now they are demanding Rs 5000 to resolve the issue. Unethical way to loot money from customers. Extremely unhappy with their service and operations!

Worst service n response.. they keep calling for loan requirements once given the docs n they least bother to pick our calls and do not share th loan status.. and coming to customer care its pathetic... This is the value AXIS bank provides to their 12 yrs + account holder and now I dont know what about new ppl visiting for their requirements!!

NO Support from this loan centre, at the time of loans initiation, their employees calls four times in a day ans after that they not even lift the calls.I have never seen Loan centre number working in last 12 months. Very shocking how this bank operates.

Absolutely a nightmare horrible service incoperative staff.. Regretting banking with Axis recently visited HdFc Loan Center for a similar purpose that was smoith although place was crowded staff were really responsive

Very bad. None of the employees take pride working for Axis Bank. Place stinks. No parking available to customers. Stained chairs. Speaking loud in lobby and inside.No one to attend.

This is Axis banks Loan center only. Not a retail banking branch.You can do loan payments, foreclose loans and other related transactions in 4th floor.
