HDFC being such a large bank in India. It is shame that it only has 2 branches in Hyderabad for loan operations.Wait time for any loan query will be atleast an hour with a line of 50 ppl atleast. That too without social distance or any pandemic precautions.Worst bank and service. They emerged only by cheating customers.
I have sent many mail to support team, no response from them. and I went to branch also But my issue not resolved. U people dont have time for resolving the issues. But getting fast replies in Google reviews. How funny
As i couldnt write the latest review, i am editing the same. The email address you have given [email protected] is not working.Hdfc begumpet branch is the most worst branch. You get reminders from them to pay the loan and the way the executive talks is ruthless. I curse myself for availing a loan from this bank and this branch. Please do not take loans from this branch bcoz the representatives remind you as if they are the owners. Pathetic really pathetic. Please save your selves by not taking a loan from this branch.

There is no zero star i would have given zero for there service , its make me a remind of one show OFFICE office which use to come early 20,s .they just make you run from 3 floor to groung floor and grounf floor to 3rd floor for a simple NOCS

Well organised. They are working well even during pandemic times. The counter clerk was fast enough to attend to my concern.

I took loan from Himayat nagar HDFC bank I have some issues with the loan amount now they are saying go to begumpet branch by RAVI- hdfc loan department ..you people dont have basic sense at all ..just close the bank and open pan shops
The customer service is worst on this branch and Personal Bankers are just sucks. Hopeless service to the customers and especially Santosh Personal Banker is along with bank manager of this branch.

Worst service I ever seen in private banking.
Worst service and if you go and complain the branch manager about any inconvenience.. the manager says “you can go to some other bank .. we have lot of customers so we donot care if any one customer goes away”
Though on site it shows 9:30am open, in reality it opens at 10am.
Worst experience..staff not responding..not answering queries.
Wish there was a negative rating...worst experience ever, unless reminded the token number doesnt change on the display screen, had to wait for nearly 2 hours to get Service... When you want to seek loan they would process expeditiously(2-3 days)and that too documents collected from Home -- however when you want to foreclose the loan it would take 10-15 days to get the documents back...pathetic service. Be prepared to spend half day at this branch! From the previous reviews HDFC responded saying apologies….Sad, they aren’t doing anything to improve the service however just respond saying accept our sincere apologies…what a callous response to customer grievances…
Pathetic service....and hopeless staff of loan department ...never recommend this bank for any kind of loans.

Hi All,If u go to the bank with the location mentioned in Google maps you will reach to wrong place, please avoid Google maps. It is in opposite road to shoppers stop few step ahead on the main road near to bus stop . U can board metro escalators from HDFC BANK .
