`Please read the agreement before click on any agreement buttons.They can easily make you fool. on call they say something but in agreement something else will be there.For example this guys will say 14.5 is the annual interest rate for your loan and on call they will say it is reducing rate of interest where as on agreement it will be mentioned as fixed rate.processing fee also very high 3-4%They have lot of ways to make you fool.I have all call recordings of this fraud people.

One of the worst experiences with Bajaj. I have been a loyal customer for past 6 years but never had such bad feeling about being one. I really dont understand why a reputed brand like Bajaj is hiring semi-literates and unprofessional people to work for them. I had this experience in the Hyderabad branch, wherein I received a call from a this so called employee who is calling from someones mobile number and speaks in a way wherein he lacks the basic phone etiquettes and minimum sense that he is speaking to a lady on the other end. First, I recieve a message to keep sufficient funds so that they can deduct and then later part of the month I am told on calls that there has been a technical issue at their end,and they were not able to deduct so I told them the account has sufficient balance and they can go ahead and deduct the amount. Today this person (nameless as he calls from someother person named Munibabu) calls and speaks so rudely saying that my bank is not allowing the deduction (no such info all through the month) and wants me to come down to make the payment. Later he says he will send a message and expects me to make payment ( his identity is completely unknown to me). It seems like a fraud as well. Please beware of such Bajaj employees.

I have taken an overdraft limit personal loan of 8 lakhs and they said we have to pay only to the amount used. After I got the amount credited to my account I immediately transferred the entire amount to them and said I do not want this to continue and requested them to close the loan account. But these stupids keep on deducting EMI from my account. They promise one and deliver the other.

Worst worst Worst customer service. I strictly suggest not to visit this place. They will be very polite when they offer a loan. After that there is no way you can talk to them if there is any problem. They told my interest rate would be 19.6℅ but after disbursal it became 33%. You cannot speak to customer care because they dont have. Even they have they dont talk.

I have thoughts of going to Bajaj office since a girl is calling me repeatedly, saying we will give loan to doctors(Im a doctor) without any surety so I have decided to go to office tomorrow and searched for office address on Google only to find 1 star aggregate review by the customers.
