I dont want to rate 1 star as well. I have asked them for concealer , compact and foundation. And they handed me a foundation worth 3000 saying it works as concealer and doesnt need compact. I really dont know why I bought it. Its the worst product ever. I didnt like the staff, they only try to sell costly products instead of helping the customers by giving them what is needed. I recommend not to visit this store at all.

Stocked up pretty well, especially on Luxury brands. Fragrances collection is also decent. Loved the Versace, Gucci Fragrances available with them.

You guys are cheating I have asked for lip balm your staff has given me a cheek colour. Upon that she gave me a product as a compliment which is about to expire pathetic. I have already mailed you with proofs. Need support from you @ NYKAA ..

Highly disappointed... the staff was extremely rude...while i was seeing the tester one of the sales person came to me and said dont touch ... seriously i am in the store to buy and also when asked for good highlighter was cutted of buy saying bobby brown is there costly it is .... would never visit the store again ... and nykaa lost a customer today

All fraud people work here, recently purchased worth 12k product showing and applying some shade and giving some different shade when asked to replace the same simply they start lying saying they have given same product and also found most of the product expiry date lable is changed, manipulating expiry dates also and manager of the store has no answer he is one good for nothing person in the Store

There receiving was really good and immediately they responded to want actually I want mainly this girl Lovely who helped me really well and suggested me want actually I want in Bobbi Brown and Clinique. Finally they are really helping you a lot to find right makeup to your skin. Before buying it online try one free Friday session.

Its far different from app. If youre thinking to go there to check physical available options to purchase it from app or even if you are thinking to find options thats not the place. They have few brands but everything displayed nicely and the service is good.

Used to good. but with their new courier partner wow express they have become very un-reliable. shipments never get delivered on time. i have to follow up multiple times and their customer support sucks. they have no clue where and when my shipment delivered!

Collection is good. More mirrors needed. Staff look like they are constantly judging you for your looks and your choices. They openly show disappointment when you do t buy something they recommended!

Loved it especially for Huda Beauty. I like how they have these vanity mirrors with make-up brushes and chairs so you can try the make up before buying. Love the Nykaa products too! Better quality than drugstore makeup.

The place needs more stable service. They are dancing with hardly 2 people struggling to show products that they dont even have knowledge of. The guys put up a brave front and try to suggest but anyone who has a little knowledge of cosmetics will easily catch them. Good place for the high-end products but when I am paying so much for a high-end product I would want better service as well.

Worst staff. The staff is always busy in their own makeup. The staff at MAC store are very professional and lit with their work unlike nykaa. Very rude and pathetic service by the staff. Couldnt even help us choose shades. Most Arrogant and judgmental women of the decade award must go to Nykaas staff.

Nykaa you should see or check the previous job history before you hire someone so unprofessional & rude.I may be working in the same field but when i enter your store i am your customer, i am there to buy your product.Teach some basic manners to your store asst.manager before we teach them!Thank you.

Im new to Hyderabad and next galleria mall was the first place I have visited.i had an amazing experience .The staff were courteous and proactive.The manager,mr Jagjeeth Singh was well versed and a great example to his colleague as a team leader.His communication skill shows his experience and love the fact that he listens to his customers and inact.Mr.prakash Mishra in Clinique section was the one who helped me out with my products.He is courteous beyond and never pressure his customer to buy more products like I had experience in another outlet but give suggestions on how to improve our skin tone according to what we really need.Thank you for the wonderful time nykaa and to the team for making every customer like I worth coming.please do visit and experience and dont go by reviews .Happy shopping for skin lovers out there️

Staff is completely useless and unhelpful. Asking for assistance or even about product availability will get you one word answers. Better to order from their website if you can trust that the products are genuine.

The staff at this store are very rude and unwelcoming. They are involved in their chit-chat session rather serving the customers who walk-in.They are very arrogant and judgemental. Their behaviour depends on how much you spend there.Please train your staff before you place them at stores.

Worst customer service ever. The one in the counter ( with a bob ) knows no manners. She was mean, biased and arrogant. when we were trying out a tester. She mocked us saying. Lemme tell you the price and pulled the tester away from us. If this is what you call customer service.. i doubt your skill. If she had to say something.. there is a way to let us know.. politely that the TESTERS werent meant to be tried

Worst scenario faced here first above all your staff who was managing the event of beauty bar was pathetic and rude. Other thing they were giving us goodiebags including nail polish and masks which were missing from my goodie bag when I asked them they said they were not giving more than in the bag but later I realised they didnt give me mask and nail polish. Never going back again to this store!!!! Pathetic I had worst experience here!

What a horrible store! The staff is least bothered with whatevers happening at the store, and they have no bandwidth to handle more than 5 customers at the store. Nykaa REALLY must look into this.

The service from their delivery partner is highly unreliable with no sense of responsibility. How can a delivery partner reschedule a delivery without the con sent of the customer, and then mention it as ‘reschedule requested by the customer’?!! Extremely unprofessional attitude. Disappointed in the service by Nykaa!

The staff is worst n so rude and the make over of the product I asked for was not given to me by giving some silly reasons would not like to visit this store again for sure very unprofessional.

I have always wanted international brands here in Hyderabad. They have good international brands DISPLAYED in-store for trial, like BobbiBrown, Huda Beauty, Esteè Lauder etc., So, I like it! However, this store needs more staff, stable maintenance and testers. Almost every tester is empty.

I had the most horrible experience here! The staff didn’t respond to us when we wanted something specific and moved on to another customer without attending to us. The other lady started screaming when we were looking at the nail polish (she could have come close and told us). Never had such an experience anywhere! Do warn your staff! Will never step into this store again. And this a warning for others who want to go there, they do not show any respect and their customer service is very bad!

These nyka store people are horrible and gave me lighter shade foundation(2w2 RATTAN ESTEE LAUDER) which is way lighter than my skin tone(I use NC 40 in winters & NC 42 in summers) when I asked them to exchange it,they told me, “it wil make you look fairer” I felt lke crying!They are bloody racists,especially dis girl “SRIDEVI”.Not only I wasted my money but also I was ridiculed by sayin I choose it when I don’t use dis brand(ESTEE LAUDER) hence I don’t know da shades or numbers.i choosed to come to store cause I thought thos professionals will help me out,but I was wrong to choose this Nyka store in L & T mall in punjagutta,Hyderabad.i wish I can give minus points for treating darker skin tone people like this...

I got a Clinique lipstick today, only to come back and check it is a broken piece. Unlike brands like MAC, they don’t open and show that the piece is intact and is not a damaged one. After paying 1800 for a lipstick to come and find a damaged piece is extremely upsetting and disappointing. Big mistake to have shopped in Nykaa. Never gonna step into it even if it is very tempting.

You get few brands of makeup . A sales lady called Divya is very mean . She wont let you try on any makeup products and keep saying Its our only piece.When its clearly a tester .

The staff are very arrogant, there is some north eastern lady at the counter who is damn arrogant. There is no enough stock, whatever we ask for they say that it is out of stock.
