At Grocers SOP for covid 19 are maintained not fully however at reasonable level compared to other Malls of the city. Ive experienced the shortage of few branded items e.g., Needo, Dalda ghee, spices etc many times with a lame excuse, it should be looked into by the management.

Toys are comparatively expensive, otherwise overall shop is good

They dont deliver. I had ordered om 26 april. But never delivered. Asked them after 2 days update. They said they will deliver same day. But not delivered. Then again same response on 6th day.

Good grocery shop available in Boulevard Mall where you can buy almost all grocery and household items. Prices are slightly high in the comparison of its other competitors available in Hyderabad City.Over all environment is good and staff is also supportive.

Good place for grocery. You can find almost everything there. Cosmetics, crockery, DVD/CDs, too. But, watch out, the staff thinks that youre fool. They prefer not to return you the change if youre missing it. It has happened with me 2 times and then I left going there. O yes, I also happened to buy an expired product and after a little difficulty could claim it and got my money back. They didnt even compensate. The place is wonderful but the people who are working there need a good training.

They must keep plastic items (washroom/firnishing/utensils),,, found absent during visit. Rates were OK, except milk and Cooking Oil which extremely costly than our expectation. 1050 per curtain of 1L (105 per pack)at Punjab Cash n Carry (our previous purchase) versus 1370 at Grocers (114 per pack).

Very Expensive. Same people owned Alpha Tesco Store in Karachi in Ocean Mall. Failed miserably. Ran away with suppliers money. Stay away from this store.
