The store itself doesnt have much furniture on display. Its a pretty cosy setup with a couple.of beds and sofas. But they have other living room and bedroom accessories. The staff is knowledgeable and will help you make the right choice.

The pepperfry studio is just a studio of their products in a themed manner where you can have a look and feel how exactly their products are. It’s not a shop guys so don’t be confused. Here if you like some furniture their representatives will help to place the order. In their hitech city studio representatives are more friendly and knowledgeable, but here in the Banjara hill studio I did not feel the same thing. And yes the pepperfry products are great and you can get them in great deal while they have discounts.

They asked me to wait upstairs and they never turned up instead they were busy with their laptops and phones.Really bad customer service.Pepperfry you’ll lose potential customers if this continues and also people please avoid this store it’s good for nothing and waste of time.

Good place but most of their items are available online to select from and you cant really see the item unless ordered and received.

Pepperfry, the famous online furniture supplier, opened their Studio at Banjara Hills Road No. 12 opposite Audi Showroom where specimen of some of their furniture are displayed for the customers to understand the quality and designs of their furniture and place the order online. The showroom is aesthetically decorated and the staff always help the customers to choose their requirements through their online portal. There is a small parking space available near the showroom but there is no ramp for wheelchair access.

I cannot praise Pepperfry and it’s staff highly enough. We were recommended to the Road No 12 Banjara Hills Studio (Hyderabad) by a friend and found several pieces to purchase. The problem was to transport this furniture to our house in a remote part of MP. The manager, Mr. Mohammed Mujahed, on his own initiative worked out a solution with his company. Because it was a large order he organised transport direct from the Pepperfry warehouse near Indore to our house free of charge. He also kept us informed about the progress of the order and when it was ready put us in touch with the warehouse in charge who knew exactly what was going on. The furniture arrived yesterday accompanied by the Pepperfry carpenter and everything is in place. Very impressed with quality of furniture as well as the efficiency and customer care of Pepperfry.

The quality of products are very good.The shop has many varieties and also huge collection of bed-sheets. This is where i got very impressed and bought about 10 bed-sheets and the quality was exquisite because the thread count of the cloth was of very high quality and good.It worth the money to buy bed-sheets and also other products.the price is very reasonable.If when u try to buy online there are huge collection.
