Every one is checked scanned and then let inside.The range of products is mind boggling.The way the products are displayed are appreciable.Do eveluate your options as there are many choices.I loved the glass containers they have ,its value for money.The foldable chairs range is great too.The food court is neat,you get tasty food.The whole store experience will make you walk about 2kms and its a great experience.My suggestion is reach by 1030/11 am to beat the long lines later.If possible go on a weekday morning.Enjoy the shopping experience.

Awesome place for all the shopping needs. Prices are costlier. I like the variety of products for home. All are available under one roof. The inventory is very big in the cellar. The sofas and the wardrobes are the best. The food kiosk at the basement is also awesome.

Visited IKEA Hyderabad showroom. Not much difference of the stores in US. However still need few more varieties for Computer chair and Computer tables as I could see less varieties. Most of the things are less quantity may be because of work from home due to COVIDHad been to every other section in the store. Found good varieties in all other sections and it is same as other stores in US.IKEA showroom is very helpful for house furniture saves lot of time for carpenter and other labor work. Lot of kitchen items in different price range which will attract even men. Lot many kitchen bedroom furnitures and many household items are available .very little apparel are available and its not that good collection.. One thing I dint like here is the food. There was richness in colour and look but no taste at all. You can pay and leave your kids in an area where they are taken care. But now after corona dont know whats the scenerio. Its a very big complex. The floors are designed in a way that you cannot miss any section while moving through each floor. It takes hours to browse through the floors. The products are designed very meticulously and attention is paid to the smallest of details.It not only sells furniture but also sells things like kitchen appliances,curtains,lights,mirrors basically everything you could want in a house.You have to wait in a long line outside during busy days. There are automatic sanitizers inside the building.The products are much cheaper compared to other companies. Although that is only if you are going for modern and minimalist designs and are not expecting it to last decades.They provide all india shipping through third party shippers. Most of their furniture is self assembly so know that if you dont live in Hyderabad or a city that has third party assembly then you might have to assemble the furniture youself.The shipping is done on the basis of weightTheir is also an ikea restaurant and ikea cafe inside. After seeing the advertisements about lowered prices, went here to check out, but did not find any major difference from earlier. It is still a great place that offers all kinds of furniture of good quality with the pricing on the higher side. Take a look at the pictures to get a hang of the place.

Though its a great place to wander & spend your leisure time looking for home furniture and related things it is becoming bit monotonous for repeated visits as they are not updating their products quickly! Also, there are lot of products being out of stock makes me loose interest in further visits.But, the samosa I ate at IKEA is one of the best (Or should I say the best). At least for the samosa I have to visit it again :)

Worst staff, would never visit again. A person named Anit*a just took our stuff because we placed it on other stuff. We had a shot glass set. Thats all! For that she behaved rudely and was pretending to be a manager. Hated the whole experience because of that. Would never go again! The staff doesnt wear proper masks, most of them didnt have face shield. Hated it!!!!!

Its a great place for furniture and home shopping. Also the eatery inside the store was good with reasonable price for some of the items. Overall its a good experience. The items which we brought were of good quality.The store is maintaining proper social distancing and had sanitizers are place everywhere after the store reopened during the pandemic.The only problem is that the waiting time to enter the store is quite a lot (1-2 hrs) so better do the online shopping (Click and collect).

Perfect marketing strategy, but very impressive! We will definitely end up buying a lot of things!! But its worth it. If u r a shopaholic and have lot of money, perfect place for shopping.. If you are shopaholic and don’t have much money.. Will end up busting your credits.. But its very very impressive and great.. The place has hell lot of options in furniture and daily utilities. The place is well designed with expert interiors. It has options like furnitures, kitchen utilities, home decors, kids bedrooms, wardrobes, artificial flowers, bed lamps, kids playing kits, toys, steel and plastic ware, carpets, doormats, dustbins, sofas etc.. The prices are little heavy for middle class people and comfortable for the rich. But the quality of the items are good and best of all you can find any home need item. It has a huge collection of items. The only negative part is the directions take a tour could be better.

Only one concern which I feel bad is product information. Information printed on the product box / cover is not understandable.Be like Roman when you are in Rome is the world known saying.So I want to stress on this statement. IKEA is accessible to everyone irrespective of income range but its very difficult and time consuming to get understand the product.I feel IKEA should provide product information in global languages such as English, Hindhi, Telugu, etc. At least English is expected.Hope for the best. Apart froM having everything one needs to build a home fro scratch the place also has 2 restaurants and a cafe.It’s neat and clean and even at peak visiting hours seems to be spaciousThe place is huge but what’s more interesting is that it’s like going through a trade fair. You keep navigating from one segment to other seamlesslyThe first part is the furniture followed by the self pick up segment and it it ends in the billing and collection segment.There is a facility to transport the goods to other cities as they have tied up with a third partyEvery thing was very unique and right priced.

I really pitied myself for stepping into IKEA and make my parents strain themselfs and wasting our 4-5 hours of time I wanted 3 wall cabinets with glass after stepping into IKEA we directly went to the respective area,after witch it took 30min to get a IKEA staff to answer my qury and we choose 3 different models for all 6 models which they had and went to ordered them they replied saying all 6 items are out of stock.If representative had told us about the product availability they it would have save 2-3 hours of timeIts really waste of time even people working there dont know about the product and product availability.

Expect to see huge rush of people during weekends and festival days.The pricing on most product such as cutlery, toilet accessories, kids study toys are economically priced. The staff at this place is very courteous, warm and helpful.

Good and amazing store located in the heart of the city.It occupies huge space in the area which is easily accessible to all the peoples.It was first visit yesterday and I was overwhelmed with the visit.They have huge range of home furniture which is very amazing, though are into furniture only but the range they have is very huge.Also I like the Softy Ice Cream which is available @ ₹10 and is worth it. Samosa was also available at same price but the taste isnt amazing.

It was a good experience of shopping without family. Have avoided going when the store started and during the weekend due to the rush. But going in the middle of the week is good for those who are serious buyers and can leisurely browse through the large store.there is everything for everyone. We stopped in here on a Tuesday morning around 10 am. It was very quiet and we could easily meander throughout the store. Being from the US, we were curious to see how it compares to stores at home. Overall, it’s very similar, even prices are pretty comparable. IKEA has made some modifications to show rooms to accommodate local style. The cafe offers cinnamon rolls, frozen yogurt, sparkling water and more. The one disappointment was the lack of items available in the market section. They appeared to be sold out of everything, except for the meatballs. If you’re looking for good value home wares this is a great place to start.

I don’t know about the furniture of IKEA but the food is totally lit My personal favourites are -• Chicken Nuggets• All the desserts (esp the chocolate pastry) I don’t remember the exact prices of these items but the total bill did not hurt my pocket. It was around 400-500 rupees.There’s a lot of variety so you can choose to your heart’s content. The food court is huge, so you’ll not have a problem of seating either. Absolutely humongous store. Its bigger than many full-scale shopping malls, let alone other single-brand outlets.Fantastic range, good prices, tons and tons of useful items to make life easy for the home, and things one typically doesnt find in the Indian market readily. And theyre all fairly good, quality-wise. And thats what matters in the end because one doesnt feel cheated.I think the highlight of this store is that pretty much everything and I mean EVERYTHING is on display, can be seen, felt, and sat on! And isnt that whats most important in a furniture/furnishings store! You try it, you buy it. Boxes are neatly packed, and you can pick them up just before the billing area.Theres miles of parking. Theres a huge food-court with lots of seating which doesnt yet seem fully functional menu-wise but has enough food to keep you happy. Theres a separate cafe on the ground floor to boot.I love this store. Im coming back soon.

Ikea good place but they are following some really different rules in there who to allow and not to. They are not allowing in the IKEA if they are allowing they should mention it before in the ads and that they deal with IKEA Needs to learn a lot you know there are thousands of customer flow every hour to IKEA because it is a one stop destination.. please give proper updates like the timings mentioned on google. Most importantly what about the families who are accompanied with children????? Children below 10years of age are not allowed inside the gate. So they want you to lock the kids inside the car and place your car on the road side but not even in their parking....This is what they maintain.. need to mention everything clearly to customers. When u make the rules please do mention it in ur advertisements. But except this everything was ok with them reamaining seems quite good in the their and all the products so super amazing

My 1st impression for the most hyped, and most waited international home furnishing store IKEA. First of all location wise it’s in great location. But I think for the people who want to go by public transport and by walking its bit hectic for them. Then they have many entrances but for now only one gate is opened for without vehicle persons. They have their own drop off point for cabs. As this is newly opened store so now a days it’s very crowded even at entrances specially public holidays and weekends. But they manage the crowd well. When you will enter there are two ways one is for their cafeteria and one escalator for store shopping. Cafeteria is good, food is also nice. I think more improvements are needed, hope they will do it very soon. In their shopping area they have models of different room furnishings and decors, then different different sections of furnishings will come. They have total 29 sections and they indicate your location in every section through a diagram map. They also have projector indicating arrows for exit. Which leads you to every section and to billing area. I think that’s bit hectic for the person who is in hurry to come out of the store. Price point wise this is not a wow store. Because people had much expectations. If you will compare their US IKEA online prices with these it’s quit expensive. Variety wise I had much expectations but they don’t have that much. And one of the main demerit which I pointed out was they have not mentioned the price of the product on top of it. You have to ask their representatives. Store is quit big, biggest in Hyderabad. They may improve it time by time. And will update further if anything will come into my notice.

In the first visit u feel like items are expensive!!Later and all u will realise that the products are entirely different from outside.Need to pick the product based on our requirements!!!And unique thing is all the furniture items are in dissemble in mode nd u need to pick ur own and fix at ur home by youself. They provide u the fixing guide.Though its not possible for everyone to dot that. Very bad customer service and they sell cheap quality products. I purchased pillow and it got damaged in package itself, they didn’t take exchange of product but mentioned in paper return policy as 60/90 days. As per the customer service it’s not 60/90 days, product need to return within 1 day. How this is possible? Don’t you even think

One of its kind. Very similar to the one in US. Prices are competitive. The restaurant inside is good. If you are planning to go there be clear on your shopping list else you will feel lost. Think it this way you walk in the store bare hands and come out with completely furnished home.

Finally India got the first IKEA store and it was worth the wait. The store is huge as you would expect, so much of furniture options at a decent price. It feels like your not in India. Its one of a kind experience. Even if you dont want to buy anything just visit it as its the first and one of a kind experience in India. The most important thing about IKEA is the food And i swear the food there is just amazing. I never tasted such a yummy food ever in any high profile restaurants i ever visited. The food there is just mind blowing. Even if you travel there just to have food it would be worth the commute, its that good. Highly Highly very highly recommended.

Irish food is available here especially mutton balls. The modern Era furniture will be available and with custom made. Staff were educated, well trained and people oriented, Time well spent at IKEA and situated at hitech city which is well connected around the corner. Indian furniture market disruptive.

Their cancellation and refund policy is one of the worst. Ive placed an order couple of days back and I got a call from IKEA a day before delivery date stating Product is out of stock and theyre going to cancel the order and money will be credited back. But, even after one day , I havent received any mail confirmation on cancelled order . So, I had to call their customer care to know the status , even theyre not sure whether order is cancelled or theyre trying to ship the product once they get the stock. I asked to cancel it again and they mentioned cancellation ack will be received only after 2 days and amount refund will be done after 7-14 business working days. Being a reputed store , I wasnt expecting their customer care executives werent sure on whats happening on the orders.

This is my first visit of a ikea store, and its been amazing. Its HUGE. The whole store is well managed parking for cars and bikes. They had around 29 different sections for your home decor needs.You will get lots of variety of everything like tables, bed, sofa each and every generic home furniture available in this planet. The best part is these products quality is good and prices are reasonable.You should visit once before start shopping for your new home.

Superb store for home furnishing and utilities. Well displayed items in proper setting showing their utility. The walk through the store is amazing, you cannot miss any shelf. Love to visit frequently. Wish it opens in New Delhi soon.

A giant home furnishing store in Hyderabad. Most of the furniture item’s prices are cheap, but some of them very cheap. Quality of the items for that price is reasonable. Food court is excellent. Hassle free shopping experience. If you have IKEA mobile app it will be very easy to scan the items, add to your buying cart, collect the item on a trolley by yourself by locating the rack number& row no. which are displayed in your mobile app, pay the bill at counter & exit.

One of the best furniture store I have ever seen. Most of the products are fairly priced. Products made of wood dont look durable. But other products are very artistic yet innovative. if you love decorating your house then you will at least need 5 to 6 hours to walk through the. It is spread across 4 lakh square feet. Staff is very cooperative. Locker facility is available.

I liked the store very much. it was a calm place. I felt many items very price at very competitive level and very few items felt above price point. Overall this was a good experience and I would definitely like to visit this place again.

Posting this on 06.12.2020. Try to avoid on Saturday and Sunday due to more crowd and more precautions at IKEA for COVID. It took me almost 1 hour to enter through security check. I would recommend not to visit for another 2 to 3 months.

Awesome place, an experience to offer. Very organized.Have almost anything you need in furniture, kitchen, decorations, electrical and tools etc.Have layout of different size rooms and kitchen to visualize how would it look.Very systematic approach and layout of the store.Have thought of the kids as well and organized the play area for them.And not to miss the cafeteria.

IKEA Needs to learn a lot you know there are thousands of customer flow every hour to IKEA because it is a one stop destination.. please give proper updates like the timings mentioned on google. Most importantly what about the families who are accompanied with children????? Children below 10years of age are not allowed inside the gate. So they want you to lock the kids inside the car and place your car on the road side but not even in their parking....This is what they maintain.. need to mention everything clearly to customers. When u make the rules please do mention it in ur advertisements.....

Nice place to visit and learn something about our home to install interior beautifully and healthy. Must visit IKEA. Swedish food is not good enough for the taste and cost. I felt Its only the draw back of IKEA. Children section is too good, the things which are arranged for the children are very very nice,and they definitely enjoyed alot.

The IKEA store is huge and very well designed! You can easily spend a whole day here! There is only one path to follow so you see everything and dont miss any section. Very aesthetic and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The food court is also great for heavy and light snacks. Would recommend eating first and then proceeded to shopping since you cant bill and then take your stuff upstairs again.

Just fantastic.Once you reach Hi-tech City, youll come across this gigantic,majestic store in the centre of this areaThe parking, decor, area, food-court, counter, compartments; everything is mammoth and spacious.You would be awesome by the way the interior, settings are planned and carried out. In fact, the warehouse itself is worth watching and spending time.The food-court is huge and provides some good options to eat and drinkYou will atleast take 3-4hrs to cover this huge store which at present exists only in Hyderabad in India and is the largest retail store.The various options that it provides - it will definitely make you buy something

Good place to visit for our home interior. We will get so many ideas to decorate of whole home.

I purchased some cloth items and two glass items by home delivery. All the items were simply dumped loosely into a cardboard carton and shipped by road. The glass vases were obviously rattling against each other and one got a crack. I have never seen any on-line shipment where glass items are loosely thrown into a box. A simple bubble wrap would have saved the glass vases. IKEA may have a name for quality, but such reckless act by the packing/forwarding staff is unthinkable.

The ambience was good.. The variety of product is good but for some items the prices are too high..Wide range of furniture, kitchen, lightning items are present. It will be good to buy for a newly constructed house as wide range of interior variety and designs are present.. The food will not be of Indian variety.. For children it will be good as there is a kids zone where they can enjoy..

Dont even think of having food herePoorest Quality and a Rip off. Store is big but nothing special which is for our Indian home

Car parkings take lot of time here especially on Sunday.After reaching the store have to wait long in the queue to get in store .Overall customer service is good. Store is well designed . appreciate the architect and design.Recommend to fix parking issues

I found the costs to be quite justified considering the quality of the furnitures.The IKEA restaurant too is an awesome place to try out all kinds of food starting from desserts to salads to meals. The cost here is reasonable too. The restaurant is usually the most crowded place in the building.The also give frequent discounts and sales for most of their products.

This is the First IKEA store in India and its tremendously huge. Also they have made it in such a way that you visit every section before you leave. I loved the mind of the Marketing Guys how they are selling Soda with Free Refills.The quality of the product is great. You will find almost every other thing. The things required for your Kitchen, or your bedroom or living room. Its product list is huge. From spoons to stuff toys, there are a lot of things that you can find here. If you are in Hyderabad you must visit here.

Its very disappointing experience to visit the store during these days due to covid , right from long waiting queue to park the car and again queue to enter the store. Easily it eats up 1-2 hours just to get into the store.Ikea should work on this first. Overall the collection of the store is good, but when it comes to pricing most of the items are being sold at higher price when compared to other local stores. Ikea should also work on their product pricing too. If you want to spend 2-3 hours but not money then its a good option to visit. Visiting with kids or old age persons is not recommended due to corona, also it would be frustrating for anyone to wait 1-2 hours just to get into the store.
