Material is Good and all but the Staff are least bothered about customers ...... If we ask him about anything he doesnt respond properly or worse ...not respond at all ...... being a factory outlet i expected lot better and if i ask anything he says you can see it online ..... Worst ever experience ...... Wouldnt recommend it

I went there to see wardrobe option other than hard wood and hdf .I found that these is a perfect place provide reasonable cost and good quality material.

Dont have many models to see in the shop..what ever model we ask they show the catelouge.. didnt like that part because we cant purchase without seeing and feeling it..but staff was nice and supportive with our needs..and it was well maintained..

Very very poor service. I brought a chair for 5000. Leg came off in one month itself. No response for warranty claim. Warranty is just to fool customers. Price is too high. Do not make mistake buying anything from here.

I purchased 6 seater dining table from Godrej interio 4 years back made of glass. Unfortunately glass broke while shifting. Annoying part is Godrej doesnt have spare part to fix it. So my question was is there after sales service at all to that they replied only untill product is discontinued. So if product is discontinued in 2 years of purchase that is it....no service will be provided. ...they dont even have customer information who bought the product when. Just helpless and hopeless.....never again ....good bye GODREJ INTERIO....!!!!

Struggling since 17-Oct. First was delayed delivery and then multiple follow ups for assembling. When the technicians come, they realize its a faulty panel. Again the replacement for the panel needed several followups. Then the mirror was a damaged piece and its almost a month now and no one is bothered to replace. Even the broken mirror and the faulty panel are still lying in my balcony and no one is taking the ownership to resolve.

Having good stuff of products but staff is not friendly and dont work properly

These guys are very lazy and have no interest of doing business. My contact person was Mr. Sreerajesh, i had to keep on calling him numerous times to get things done. They couldnt even give us a proper quotation. At the end you get that feeling of getting things done at government office. If Godrej is thinking that any how customers will come because of their quality......they are sure mistaken

All kinds of Home and Office furniture available for display at the centre of Abids,.. HydStaff should improve in attending the customers. Very less product Knowledge for the Staff unless you browse in the internet ask for a model then only they will show you.Product range is good.Delivery is too late for office products, (4 to 6 weeks) so plan accordingly.No place for parking.

The worst service i got in this godrej interio showroom located in abids.It is an embarassment situation for me as the furniture we purchased had to send to my sisters (in-laws) was delivered after 10 days of delivery date and the technician which was supposed to come the next day of delivery did not come and when the technician had done with the fitting found no keys of the amirah.Calling to the godrej showroom,Mr.saurav banerjee has spoken in a rubbish manner with my dad and ended up the call saying “do whatever you want,go to any extent and I don’t care” ,this is the way of talking to a customer.Dissappointed with Godrej interio.

This is a company showroom, so you can be assured to get original Godrej products at best prices and also you can get the best installation services.This is a multi-storied showroom and displays most of their stock including Storewell Almirahs, Sofa sets, Bed sets, Dinner tables, shoe racks and other home and office furniture items. They also have a good range of mattresses to choose from. They also provide customizable modular kitchen cabinets.The quality of furniture is superior, looks modern, I believe it lasts forever and comes with a guarantee.I discovered, most furniture items cant be picked up from the showroom. They usually provide free delivery and installation services, which take a few days, atleast a week from your date of purchase. Also delivery and installation are done by separate teams, so it could easily take around ten days for your furniture to be ready for use.There is no Parking structure as such so it is a major difficulty.
