Certainly the best cake maker in the region. Counter remains busy during Saturday. I had to take spoons and knife from home since no dine in available. Coffee and Double Chocolate cakes only available at 0900, 1200, 1500 & 1800 hours. A great experience certainly qualifying for revisits.

I heard about outstanding taste of Bombay bakery and finally reached there for check it. I was considered lucky person to who didnt face the rush of the customers. It is common there to spend a lot time in ques for purchasing the product of the bakery. I purchased chocolate and cream cakes and bring to Islamabad for family. Really the taste is outstanding. I highly recommend to every one those visiting to Hyderabad to visit here and taste it.

Good and polite staff,tried their fruit cake plain cake and biscuits tasted like homemade,bakery is built in an old house,good to visit and shop.

This is the worst bakery in the entire world. Do not come here if youre looking for a world famous cake. Their standards are rubbish and the cakes are pathetic. You can get much better cake from anywhere else.

Visited twice in one day. Cakes were not available the first time and there was a long queue the second time. And by long I mean 100 something people. No space to park on the road. I was in Hyderabad for a few hours only with my wife and an infant kid and didnt have the luxury to waste my time at this overrated bakery. The least they can do is amp up their supply replenishment. Seriously, how do our people have so much free time on their hands to wait in such long queues for CAKES? Anyway, to each his own. End of rant.

Tasty cakes, hyped up but terrible customer service. Visitors / Tourist be cautious, sometimes its staff used dirty tricks to make you buy some leftover cake(s). Always try to go with someone local or be ready for surprises. Apart from that Hyderabad and its peoples are beautiful.

So we went for our two days office session at LalQila Hyderabad, Food was Good. So on our Last day i decided to go and buy cake from Bombay Bakery for my little sister birthday which was on same date. I reached Bombay bakery at evening and keeps on waiting and waiting in terrifying Heat. I Finally Got my Cake around after one and half hour returned to Lal Qila to attend my office session. I gave my Cake to the manager and He told me nothing to worry about. Well return this cake when your session will end. Finally we were finished with our office meeting and session. I requested them to bring my Cake as we are going back Karachi. They continuously gave me excuses that the person who was handed your cake is coming and will return your cake. We waited for about 45 mins(Our car keeps on waiting) as it wasnt the case for money (Only wanted to surprise my sister with a Famous Bakery Cake). Finally they told me they served my cake in Buffy Only thing they can do is pay for your Cake where as manager keeps shouting on Worker. I told him its not a big Deal and nothing to worry about. I just reached Empty Handed Home

Bombay bakery is the one of the best bakery and asset of Hyderabad. It is not famous in hyderabad but in whole country. I am a regular costumor and well satisfied. The cookies are yummy and no one can reach their quality. The complete range of the cake is incredible. The taste brings me back in my childhood because quality and taste is same since long time.

Their coffee cake is so yummy. They have maintained their taste so far for years...The furniture is pure wooden and old window A.C is installed inside the shop.Security Guards are dutised inside. Parking for Cars and Motor bikes is just outside the building.

The Bombay BakeryIt is not a place,its a legacy.The moment you enter you are taken back into an era of the British empire,with a vast area of around 2 acres,long drive ways,lavish lawns to the traditional bakery where they have the load of a name which has been carried from generations.The cakes taste awesome,and the price soooo reasonable,you cannot resist taking atleast 2 cakes each.However u need to know the timings of cakes before hand,as they have specific timings for each flavour,and you will just be asked whether u want 1pound or 2.

Had to wait in a long queue. Menu was without pictures and Inside the bakery there are no items placed on display to help choose what to purchase. Taste was just OK.
