One of the best place to have traditional meal in Hyderabad. Tasty food along with nice hospitality. RT special soup should be tried. Something near to hot and sour but its great. Mutton karahi was also good. Sitting environment is average. Recommended for family visit

We asked waiter for tea and he denied and said we have powder tea. And forced us to give big order. Staff should not enforce customers to give any order on waiters choice. Although ambience was good.

Service was quiet good but, the taste of some food is not soo delicious. The atmosphere is natural and calm so i recommend it for a nice gathering

For over ten years nowz our family has been going there. Its a nice place to dine at Hyderabad. To me their range of chicken dishes, sea food and their soups are a great delicacy. Do try their desserts as well. The staff is cooperative and well-mannered.

Nice restaurant to have meal in hyderabad. Although their karachi branch is much better in terms of food quality.They dont have any idea about customer service. But this is the issue in whole hyderabad.

Very good option to enjoy a meal with friends or family, good menu, reasonable rates, sometimes you may face loud and smoking people here which you may dont like, in lunch sometime buffet is served, it has a conference hall too, which is very popular in companies who arrange seminars and conferences, it is even good for small gathering parties like weddings and birthdays.

We orderd a RT special chowmain and cocktail chicken .I excuse them to make these non spicy .They cooked very well.we also like both dishesand services are so mannerd and nice .

He expressed his regrets for the service we got. He accepted the shortcomings his staff has. To me, that is enough to win back our heart. He understands that customer service is the king in the hospitality industry and his staff does need some training.Overall, I am satisfied with the resturant. Will definetly go back soon IA with much higher expectations.

Service was very Good

Good food on the high way. Barbeque was really good. Platter for 2 persons quite sufficient and properly served. Rates were also within range. The staff was cooperative and manager was really very concerned for the guests. Halls. Tables , washrooms all were great. Loved the lawns and food. Ginger naan and garlic naan were also fine and upto the standard.
