I wanted to get my hair straightened and went for keratine and straightening during the lockdown. I unfortunately choose Toni & Guy good earth salon. The guy just poured some stinky cream on my hair ironed that and applied some mildest layer of keratin on it. I was constantly telling him that i can feel severe itching on my scalp and it is hurting to which this fat guy said that is normal. The result was so horrible that i got scared of losing my entire hair volume. From the very next day I experienced hairfall and to the extent i thought i will go bald. I developed flakes all over my head and its been almost 2-3 mnths that i am still dealing with that issue. I regret going to that place, however I was in no mood to write a review since I know it doesn’t matter to them. But i read someone saying the same thing and i thougth it is imp the owners know that if that will be the standard of their work they would soon be shutting down the whole place. I was wondering if there is a way of reaching to Toni and Guy main office to make them aware of the situation as well.

One of the worst places to go to for hair. Got a keratin treatment, which involved an obese man lathering cream onto my hair. They left this cream on for half hour. And thats it. Thats your keratin treatment from Toni & Guy. Oh and they tried to iron my hair telling me itll make my rough hair better to iron it. Obese guy insisted heat is great for hair. For this, theyll charge around Rs 6000. Obese guy also knows nothing and has a bad attitude and body odor. They shampooed my hair 3 times. Making it rougher than it was before the so-called keratin treatment. Pathetic!

I wanted to completely change my look yet didn’t want to forego any length and I got exactly what I wanted. I couldn’t be happier with the service and the cleanliness. I’d especially like to appreciate Zakir who did a phenomenal job. He ensured to deliver what I asked and kept in mind what I was skeptical about. Great service and good job, Zakir!

Well to start with the lady who is the owner or manager was very very uneducated and irritating throughout the time of the service..now about the service i had done keratin treatment after i washed my hair at home with the right shampoo my hair became same as it was earlier maybe a 20% better.what is the good of paying 6k for a treatment which doesnt do anything for ur hair??Very very unprofessional set of stuffs and owner.the earlier management was very very good.now as it all changed its the worst toni & guy ever been to..I wish i could give a zero star..

I would like to thanks John for a splendid job. Since I have very fine hair texture and can be a difficult customer, he gave me a hair cut and ensured the volume and length of my hair is as per my wishes. I would recommend John for his workmanship and courteous behaviour. It’s been 7 years now and I don’t intend to change my stylist in the near future. He knows what suits me best in terms of my Color and cut both. John keep up the good work!!

Went straight to pixie cut from long hair. Couldnt have been a better choice than Toni&Guy. Got a genuine guidance as to what cut to go for. And Pradeep sir gave the exact look I wanted.

Came here for the first time and asked for john considering reviews. And surprisingly the reviews were 90 percent accurate. I really liked Johns work ... got a new look where he understood my requirements ... awsome.. keep going..

Not overcrowded. Professional staff who give attention to every customer. Have always gone for only hair styling and I find it to be best in the area after Looks Galleria. Staff dont try to push for other service or products and gives space to clients. Its a little expensive vs other salons but its worth the price. Take an appointment for zero waiting.

Warning : stay away from this salonRoadside barbers are far better than their stylists. They dont have experienced trained staff. Theyll give you the worst haircut of your life. My hair was cut so short that I couldnt stop crying. I was growing my hair for 2 years and it was my bad luck that I visited this salon and ruined my hair. Now I ll have to wait one whole year or may be more to grow my hair back to its normal length. So pelase do yourself a favour and stay away from this place. You have already been warned

Love this salon they have good staff specially John I rely on him on everything related to my hair( cant let anyone deal with my hair other than him). He is very professional,experienced, courteous and knows his job well. But I feel they need more staff like him coz I only see him running arround there. I have even referred John to my family and friends and they have also loved his work.

This is just a salon for namesake. In reality its just a roadside ’nayi ki dukan. In fact nayi ki dukan is also better than this so called salon. Inexperienced staff with skillset thats even worse than roadside barbers. So dont go there and save your time and money and more importantly your hair.

I made an appointment with them 2 days before , The Owner Herself picked up the phone & book my appointment. But at the day of my haircut , Mr Oren the Receptionist when I asked them they say sir we don’t have any appointment . Your name is not mentioned. They Gv me another slot ,Staff also says it’s not the 1st time they are facing this Problem . How can a place with such good reputation can run , If the Owner does such Petty Problems . At the time of cut . I am getting my Hair cut from head Creative Stylist, He doesn’t have any assistant. Looks like a Fake !!!! Their other Branches are 100 times better than this one .

Didn’t find any specially skilled hair stylist for the price we pay. Senior stylist Anshuman was rude and reduced the length of my hair too much. Hair cut was visibly below average for Rs 2200.

The lady at counter is ignorant!! I told her not to enter my number in system and she ignored.I am pissed of these promotional messages, pls avoid this branch as well try cross point mall far far better.
