In short... they are looting, stripping public in the name of fazaia. There are thousands of people who are trying to recover their money from fazaia for last several years but nobody cares because this is FAZAIA.

For many years there is no development work.There is too much uncertainity and NOC has been cancelled for this society .All investors are at risk of losing their money and nothing will happen for next ten years.Fazaia Housing colony just want to put investor money in bank and eat / consume interset / sood from that money for next ten years and then they will return the money.

Poor management and extremely poor services to clients. They have not able to deliver plots to the clients who has paid all dues since many years. Nothing is on ground as per the promise made at the time of the booking. In short this management has ruined the name of the Pak Fazaia which is a esteemed institution of Pakistan.

Currently Pak Fazaia Housing Scheme is under development. However this housing society can be presumed as one of the best Housing Schemes of Gujranwala.Ease of access from main GT Road, Gujranwala bypass. Nice location, well designed and facilitated town.

It is now more than 3 years when this society started under the cover of PAK Fazzaia. People invested in the name of Fazzaia but the result is poor. Till now no master plan: no balloting: lingering on: every day new promises but no output. Can anybody tell me the future planning????

Fazaia Housing Scheme Gujranwala is an important step of development in the city. The location of the scheme is very attractive and approachable. We have visited site and much impressed, therefore, we all the friends who visited there, booked plots by paying 20% down payment with the great concern that said scheme will be successful in near future.

The administration of this society is very slow and despite the wait of 3 years, they havent given out map of society let alone development of only a few roads and an old fighter jet of 60s to lure people into investment into a white elephant better known as Fazaia Housing Scheme. Shame on Fazaia administration.

The worst society in the city. They dont even have a master plan, they dont paid Amount of the real land owner and started in 2014 and now its 2019 they even not able to announce balloting date yet very bad experience personally.I regret that I have booked a plot there.I gave them zero rating
