Very nice place in Gujranwala city in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of a crowded city its the only option available for the people living nearby for entertainment fun and some enjoyment.Cleanliness is poorThere are rides for children which is very good.

Situated at GT road Shaheen abad, Gujranwala. One of the biggest park in the town. The park is well maintained by PHA and GWMC (Gujranwala Waste Management Company). However the amusement rides and swings are very old But the local authority sometimes overhauls the ferris-wheel and some other rides once in a while. The park has a track for joggers and two canteens and several benches to take rest.

This is the right place for kids and family and some beautiful flowers and also some play ground

What they did to it?I visited this place many years ago and its ambiance stole my heart and mind.But now, its surrounded by piles of dirt and garbage.The fence is broken.The streets are dirty.I didnt dare to go inside.My nephew, a local journalist, told, No, one collects garbage anymore.The air was polluted too.I was disappointed to see that what I saw as child was not there anymore.But life goes on.I wonder if this is how people destroy old cities?

Gulshan e Iqbal park is situated at main G.T Road in Gujranwala. There are lush green grass and an area is designated for swings. People of the city alongwith their families visit the park at weekend. During public holidays, the park is full of families who enjoy the swings and refreshment.

Our childhood park is a good place for all new comers.. At early stages it was very good and perfect park in this area but with the passage of time it is becoming worst condition. Now, the government is trying their level best to achieve its best condition but still not improved. Now the condition is still disappointed.
