Very good service. Its better to go after Maghrib because mostly counters are free at this time.- Nadra should provide home delivery service.- Employees should not rude to any one. They must guide them politely with smile on their faces- Dont hire extra employees there due to the current economic situation.

Services are not be good

24/7 service, there are 40 counters which serve 40 people at a time. There is a special way/passage for disable people (wheel chair).Bike parking is available and it token is 20 PKR, it should be reduced to 10 PKR.One have to wait for 20-25 mints, their staff is very humble and co-oprative.
