Worst experience I have ever had. I called the support and they hung up on me twice it has been 3 days my package has been sitting in their head office /ware house in Gujranwala but they wont deliver it to my house. If anyone is looking for a reliable delivery service in Pakistan this is not the right place.

My previous experience with TCS was good but they are WORST in my current experience. I booked a parcel for UK and it reached there after 21 days (whereas I was promised and confirmed for 4 to 5 working days) and TCS was not even having any tracking record of it which created a lot of frustration and they were costly as compared to other service providers. The people at service centres are inexperienced. I really feel sorry for their fallen standards of service orientation.

I came from lahore after getting a call that omer boy was calling that i have one packet at my name having documents. Of a motorbike i requested him that i am in pic for regular heart angiogram so plz i can get my packet my self on tue or wed so now after sitting three hours here i am not getting any response from gujranwala main tcs office plz can we streamline our daily or pending work so taht tcs can manage better here almost 9 customers or asking ,inquiring ,butt no reppsnse
