Best food in Gujranwala. Good staff , Good roof top.All family enjoy today dinner.

I had a dinner at roof top due to corona SOP (family gathering while visiting Pakistan for limited time). Roof Top is fine for a mild temperature although general smog and G.T. Road pollution is not recommended while eating. Staff and waiter behaviors was good but food preparation time was too long. Waited for 30 minute just for starters. Another 20 for main course and then another 15 when asked for bill.

Worst retaurant ever. There is no Reservation system. Youll have to stand in a queue to get yourself a table. They are not accepting reservations which is worst. Please improve your management. Otherwise you will be doomed soon. Gujranwala likes taste and quality services, but you people are promoting wrong culture. Improve your services.

Rude management and very ill mannered. Baat karne ki tameez nahi.they got no standards . I went there with my family and we sat outside... suddenly it started to rain so they made us stand inside and wait until there lazy workers were setting things regardless of there is a lady standing. Then the arrogant manager had the audacity to speak rudely with us saying we will put your table right in the middle of crowd and we only setting a table not sure if we will serve you or not... we left didn’t even bother..

Would not recommend this place at all , its better to eat kfc or some other fast food than this , its even a disgrace for the fast foods to be compared with this pathetic restaurant , the management is poor , they misbehave with you as if they are giving the good for free , wouldn’t if give them a one star in fact i request google to give an option to give stars in negative numerals , DO NOT EAT HERE !!!!

When you call them for reservation, the operator says there is no reservation but when you go to the restaurant they ask if you have reservation, and since you dont, you have to wait for 20 minutes or above. I am pretty astounded by such unprofessional behaviour. Their outdoor seating is uncomfortable because its congested, cold and extremely dark (we had to use mobile flashlights to see what the food looked like) Anyhow, after we ordered food, then again we had to wait for half an hour. And taste was just ok. Nothing extraordinary. Dumplings were served without any sauce even though the image on their insta page shows dumplings along with sauce. Drumsticks were undercooked, chicken was pink, smelly and raw on the insdie. We asked to pack the food but later thay said that they threw away our extra food. So overall, they have poor service. They dont even know how to deal the customers.

Looks are good but looks can be deceiving. Speker was right behind me could not hear a thing at the table. Service was very slow I had to ask 3 times to get napkin, soup came but i guess they didnt have enough bowls... i was being ignored for larger tabels... under staffed not enough ppl working... food was ok noting too amazing but X pricey. Bill came after 15 min. Had plenty of leftover which i asked to pack which i never receved... also rooftop out side with covit will not recoment especially for the kids very chilly. I personally had a terrible experience... I did complain to the manager before the main course came in but it did not help the service or the wait time. Even the manager never reterned to even ask or appoligize. Will not recomendP.s. Also Qr code for menu did not work web error after 10 min of tring I asked for regular menu which took another 5 to 10 min... There was nothing Luxurious above my experience which they claim to have...

Food quality to service quality, a worst ever experience in 2020

Is this place really that worth it , the management is the worst of all i have seen , they don’t know how to talk to their guests , and in this global pandemic they serve food inside , while due to government orders they are only allowed to dine open air , i think they wont last for long here

Amazing food, ambiance and service!

The most pathetic place , the management treats you like as if they are doing some sort of favour on you , IF THEY ARE EVEN SERVING YOU (which sometimes they say they wont) ,they don’t know how to talk and behave with the guests , poor management, they talk to the guests like they are giving the food for free , won’t visit this place ever again
