Last night visited their restaurant for dinner, when the food was served it was revealed that the food is cold, upon complaining the manager named Sheikh argued that the food is fine, upon my rejection he insisted to take the entire food and pay the bill. Although a w bite was taken by my family after which it was revealed that the food was frozen and recycled the manager insisted to pay the ful amount. As family members were with me I had no option but to pay the bill and move to another place. Would not recommend anyone to visit this hotel for dine in.

Our group from Karachi was ill treated. We were not given rooms with hot running water. It was not clean. Overall worst hotel.

Jamal hotel is a very clean beautiful hotel situated on the main road of gilgit city bazaar near airport.it,s not expensive the staff are close to each and every customer .and the the receptionist have soft and kind and greeting full person .the main thing it is in the middle in the city that you can go every where .

Rude staff, mous in kitchen, extremely tasteless food especially trout fish, you can imagine we ordered the fish and ate dinner with raita, ohhh, extremely bad experience.
