This is the second Suzuki Service Centre and Showroom, which is having all the mechanical, electrical, ac, alignment and balancing facilities. The second Burj Motors is at Canal Road.The only lacking is that they dont have body and paint shops.Staff is courteous and in my 4 years visits I never faced any issue. They tell the exact reason and remove fault. The charges are also normal and better service than outside normal shops.

Suzuki cars are in safe hands in there workshops and cost low as compared to other local workshops

Be aware all customers!!!!They are selling recycled or fake mobil oil in genuine can, no proper sticker seal on lid, management and mechanic in workshop will make you fool and ensure you that seal was broken due to transportation.Really bad experience.

Staff attitude was very non serious, they have very non professional staff with no skills and also they often make fool their customers. Just want to say never go their.

I bought new Suzuki alto automatic version. I went there because of my first time service. Customer service response was very bad. They gave priority to someone else who actually came after me. I waited for half an hour for no reason. Staff attitude was quite non serious, they were making fun of each other in working times. They were making jokes and talking to each other instead of doing there work. After hell of time spending there they said that our software is not working so we cant scan your vehicle ... you can imagine my condition that time.In short a bad experience overall...

Show room is good but company always lag behind in providing cars timely. Currently new alto AGS booking is closed plus showroom can book on your behalf from theirs quota, i dont get that and you have to pay extra 25k to showroom. You have to pay full payment and get AGS alto after 4 months minimum.

I have a Suzuki bike and I go there everytime for maintaining my bike.service is good.but bike mcanic is not experienced. Sometimes they cant figure out the fault. Than I go to Suzuki motors Jinnah colony.
