No response from concerned staff when complaint will be resolved even after week time.

I can not explain that how poor sanitation condition is in my town, for some reason their helpline 1334 is always busy, their web-portal complain system does not work(redirect to same page on submit for some reason) and if you contact their sub-office then they will tell you that sewage cleaning & suction vehicles are not available & will ask you for bribe for temporary fixes.

Official of this company definately hold grudge against Madina Town, I am resident of K-S-R(Kaleem Shaeed Road) adjacent to their sub-office, but we are getting polluted, contaminated and totally unusable water, they have no solution for this problem on the top of that we are forced to pay the water charges monthly.Government should seriously think to privatize this agency.

My whole town (waris pura) is getting unusable,polluted drinking water for more than 3 months , whenever we contact their sub-office they always reply that they are working, but we are forced to pay water bill monthly.
