** PTCL Exchange Review **This office located on D ground near PSO petrol pump D ground.Parking is available inside the office.The entrance of the exchange is quite odd. The staff is not quite friendly as I expected but still they not reacting like the Govt. Servants They should improve their behaviour and services.Overall, its a normal exchange of PTCL.
The workers there are least interested to do their work .... disguisting sercice.. they dont even destve this one star
