Beautiful place ️. Interior is very attracted and service is very good. Behaviour of this staff is very polite with good manners. Now we talk about taste and dishes, they have many special dishes with expert taste, we get many desi and continental things and after dinner or lunch they also have sweet dishes and deserts.

Great property, excellent interior and furniture, very spacious, service is extremely good, food quality is better than a five star hotels restaurant.

Building is so beautiful and impressive but I’m not happy with the management, poor service. After ordering food was served late and cold. The staff look very tired and unhappy, later on I found out that they work 12+ hour shifts which is unbelievably shocking and inhumane. This isn’t right if the staff are unhappy then poor service is always given, which lets the business down. You have amazing restraunt but you need to work on treating your staff equally important as the business itself.

Food was delicious, serving was professional. By far the best restaurant in faislabad.

Looks are great. Staff is friendly and cooperative. Been here twice on wedding event with my family. This place has everything that needs for a good banquet hall. Like crockery, services, neatness, tasty food etc. Its location is well and parking is available which is free also. Defnitely recommend this place for events like party, wedding, engagement and meet ups.

Ok place. Faced some usual problems like tap water served as bottled water and inaccurate billing. Taste was good though.

The 3 stars is for the interior and exterior decorative building. The marriage hall, resturant and rooftop is beautiful and attracts the eye but they lack trained staff and food quality is also compromised.The menu is balanced and charges are per person except for “Handi” section.If looking for a marriage hall with beautiful hall then you have made the right choice with Chiniot Palace but for serving the guest you might have to check in advance which of their dish is good and can be served otherwise you might be embarrassed.In one of the resturant I went, the washroom only had one toilet and sink which was quite odd and the hand drying machine was also out of order.On the other hand side the marriage hall has a beautiful toilet. I wonder what made the management construct only a single toilet while having ample area.Being in service road and only having colleges on either side mostly, parking won’t be an issue for wedding.

Chiniot Palace! remember this name as this is best hotel in Faisalabad! Prices are excellent, I have stayed with my friend for a weekend and honestly I am so happy we found this place. I will start from check in- machine in the lobby gave us our room keys!!! all with help of very nice, friendly and professional manager who have great as at the entrance. We felt special from the beginning to the end. Beautiful lobby with coffee and tea machine and computer with printers - all free to use for guests- surly can make you feel like you home.The room was lovely, super clean with most comfortable bed I have ever slept on! and OMG love they pillows!!!:))) bathroom with shower very clean.Reception was very helpful in directing us to nice pub and club , so we have great night out as well. After we came back - we found out that on every floor there are water stations with bottles so you can take them to the room! also guest request lockers - if we run out of tea, coffee of milk in the room! Its really like they thought of everything to please your stay! We tried food room service as well and in 20 min was delivered to our room! so happy with our stay that acually was sad to leave! Ismail who checked us out was verry sweet and friendly. Overall I had best stay ever in Faisalabad!!! and definitely will back there and will recomend this peace of heaven in Faisalabad to everyone!!:) THANK YOU Chiniot Palace!:)

Very beautifully designed and renovated, enterance and halls are big and wide, the globle hanging in enterance hall is very very beautiful and big, never seen this size before. All ceilings have beautifully enlighten but the food quality and variety is poor as compared to other restaurants. Prices are high and services are also poor.

Risotto Restaurant (Chiniot Palace) has wonderful environment, delicious food and sharp service. Chiniot Palace banquet hall is good for dinners, meetings with presentations facility and small functions. Also, they have halls up to 500 person capacity for marriage functions.
