Excellent place to stay. Very friendly staff. They are very accommodating. The housekeeping staff is awesome and always near if you need anything. Imran has done a wonderful job in keeping our room fresh and clean. The laundry staff is also excellent. Room service staff is very professional and the food is amazing. Nothing but good things to say from the front desk staff to each employee I have had the pleasure to interact with the past 9 days.Debbie

Extremely unprofessional way of dealing.On call they told me once 9500 per night with tax and the very next day asked for 10200 without tax but when mentioned 9500 they said ok but still on check out 9500 excluding tax charged.Moreover the person was sitting there in reception waiting for ride and someone came in and asked for charges he was told 8500 including tax. When asked by that person why is it so there was no reply and response.Isnt it strange and unprofessional.If standard is maintained then keep such things in consideration also.

What an excellent stay at Avari Faisalabad, the room service was excellent especially by Inzimam, he treated with such professionalism and made me feel like at home! Will deffinately visit again and would recommend this place out of all in faisalabad! Not to mention, reception staff Buland was an excellent host and really appreciated him! Made sure I was always good!

Well placed hotel within the main city of Faisalabad with HR having professional attitude. For service its 7/10, food is just OK. But the ambiance of rooms is excellent. Needs to improvise on front desk operations, laundry services and must have concierge for in house activities.

Expensive. Food is not good. I seriously donot understand where does these chefs come from. Small rooms. The managment has sprayed some kind on disinfectant on the bed sheets which iritates a lot.

It was good because it was clean. Had helpful and genuine employees not in it for the tips which made me give them more in the end. The only thing was our rooms were freshly fumigated so there was a stench that needed to be cleared before we could stay in the rooms so we opened the windows which luckily worked. We as a family agree if we ever go to Faisalabad we will be returning knowing what to expect. I would rate my stay as pleasant and satisfactory.

Iam a cabin crew.I stayed during covid lock down in avari express Faisalabad .I was so impressed by the services of hotel staff.they were following all the safety SOPs .Rooms were properly cleaned n tidy .even during stay house keeping staff was keep visiting for my room cleaning .keep it up good work hotel team Faisalabad .

Best Hotel as far as room ambiance is concerned, no vicinity.

During my visit internet was not working neither television was working. Furthermore, No Vivid SOP has been followed.

Convenient location, nice staff, good service, new and very well maintained. Its better than PCs Hotel One for sure. The building is not very spacious but very good value for money as the rooms are really nice.

This is the best place with family only! In mid of city Kohinoor area all food easily available near market.

I arrived here with the booking over the phone on friday night as expedia booking was not going through so had the pleasure to meet this hot head roman which rather than accommodating a tired guest discuss hotels rules so got upset and left the property all over a roll away bed called expedia and got the hotel booked for the next night same room same everything which mr hot head would not allow seemed like he was the owner of that place try not to goto his shift try saad or saif as they are much more accomodating then mr know it all complete disaster for customer service

Excellent place and newly constructed, inaugurated in August 2018. The rooms are very clean and tidy with a very polite staff! Highly recommended.

Neat clean rooms but are very small and congested. The location is good at Kohinoor plaza. Lots of eateries around.

Its nice I am staying in a deluxe suite, which is beautiful and comfortable. However in the hotel there is a room with a name plate of Gym but when my sons went to use gym they found out that gym is still not in but in future will come in.Stay tuned for more.

Beautifully made in the heart of Faisalabad downtown. Everything is so close, main markets, chain restaurants, Stadium, Airport and famous ghanta ghar(Clock Tower). Busy streets such hustle outside. But this hotel doesn’t let any of that coming in. Safe and underground parking with guard guarding it 24/7. Hotel looked fairly new. Rooms and clean as any other big hotels. I would say the price is better other competitors here. Rooms are very clean and comfy. Room service was great with breakfast that I had included was a good option. But since you are in faisalabad go out and eat desi nashta sitting out. Try the local food bro.
