This is good customer service centre of QMobile

They are not fulfilling their customers expectations, what they make promises to whom they have warranties. They submit accessories and mobiles and give time to claim warranties and not fulfill their promises on time. They badly manage the warranted items and misbehave with the customers. Even they not attend their landline phone numbers and their system mostly get down in working days. I have faced three times and I will never ever go to their branch for any type of warranted claim. Outside market is the best option for me to solve my issues.
