Arid Agriculture Research institute orchid is for the students to research on plants of different kind. The plant may be fruit plants, vegetables, herbs, shrubs I mean the whole flora of that area. The department allot to research students a place to grow their plants and take care of themselves and get yield to know in detailed physiology, pathology and yields. While grown know which fertilizers would be used and for protection against different kind of insects and germs. After collecting data students present in front of his supervisor and prove their research against already available data.

Ayub Agricultural Research Institute (AARI) is working for the growth of important crops over the years since 1962. Its main campus is located at Faisalabad, whereas ecological specific research Institutes, research stations, sub-stations, testing centers, service laboratories and research cum demonstration farms are located throughout the Punjab.AARI is developing new varieties and technology for food safety, food security and sustainable generation of exportable surplus, value addition and conservation of natural resources. AARI works for Genetic improvement of crop verities for economic traits, Continuous up-gradation of production technology of crop verities, Environmental friendly protection from insect pests, diseases and weeds, Better understanding and utilization of soil and water relations of plants, Processing/ preservation and post harvest technology of fruits and vegetables, Introduction of new plants to diversify the agriculture base, Testing of soil & water samples as farmer advisory services & Regulatory aspects, dissemination of knowledge and provision of new seeds and fruit plants to end users.
