I have great experience going there..

A good place to go for a movie in Faisalabad. Quite and Peaceful area and good Parking No Rush out side. Situated inside Hotel One.Suggestion: They should Increase the no of Screens if Possible and also should play more Hollywood Movies. Also should allow food from at-least Hotel One.

It was good watching a movie here. It was fun and refreshing. Good environment as well, very neat and clean place. It is a good place to watch movie with family and friends. It was good sound also. Thank you so much.

Good place good rooms..

One of the four cinemas in Faisalabad. Ticket prices are very high when compared to the quality and services provided by other cinemas in city and other cities. Food is expensive as well. Also have to take stairs for the second floor to reach the cinema. Picture brightness goes very low when watching 3D movies. Less leg space as well.

At least we have a hotel in Faisalabad. Just an option

It is a good neat place to stay and they have a good staff who always ready to help. Food is good as well.

Sound Quality is PATHETIC.some of the things u cant even hear bcoz of low volume.Ambiance is goodFood is Limited & Expensive with mINIMAL TASTE.Pop Corns are Good but rest of the menu is quite okay.Nachos are PATHETIC.SCREEN is not Big enough

Great place..... Very peaceful and good.... Area and location is very good... Building and interior design are awesome.... Staff is very cooprative... Theater is also very good and comfortable with 3d exposure... Really enjoyed my visit.... ️... One must go there with family and friends...

No facility of advance reservation on phone. When you visit them they say you have to come at show time as booking is full. Not a recommended place to visit at all. Nagina 3D is better than it.

Watch the worst movie but always love their environment

The only good thing about Cinepax is that they display non-dubbed English movies. Other than that they need to improve their service & they must upgrade their screen.

Sound and picture quality is fantastic. Their website is fabulous which is very informative pertaining show timings and prices. Its located on the first floor of Hotelone building. 3 types of seating available including recliners and sofa seating. Prices are relatively high which must be reduced. In Faisalabad, it is the best cinema. Parking is available free of cost in the street.

One of the cleanest and amazing environments in the cinemas in Faisalabad. The staff is too much co operative plus the theatre is so much practical. The screen however is not that big its a medium screen, non IMAX. But the snacks and caramel popcorn is a must do.

Everything is good like environment,service but they should need to change screen or projector not clear picture notice many times and I think cinepax hotel one screen is smaller than Tajmahal cinema, nagina cinema and cineone cinema

Cinepax cinemas are knows as the one of the biggest cinemas chain in Pakistan. The have all the facilities like silver and gold screens and the seats are also very comfortable.tm The sound quality of cinemas are also up to the mark. Overall a very good experience. One suggestion is that they should have more cinema halls in faisalabad.

A family cinema hall. More comfortable. Many offers are there such as for food on buying tickets. More reliable for students.

Comfortable environment but the movie that I watched began slightly later than the given time.

The screen size is pretty small compared to standard. Ideal for watching fun movies, not a good choice if you want to see the 3D feature because the projector light is low and 3D glasses makes it more Darker.

Cold Drink is not Good please avoid to use. Sitting is good screen and movie result is just okay.

Good place and not overly crowded

The only family cinema in Faisalabad. It has good ambience. Relatively expensive from other cinemas in Faisalabad. The only drawback is that it has only one screen and hosts very limited shows.

Its really good.. voice and audience are amazing

This is my first time here in Faisalabad Cinepex. Place is nice, management also cooperative and exucated enough to manage group of people at same time.Only bad part is that there is no sitting place for waiting. You have to stand there or wander here and there or to ask Hotel One management to help you in this regard. Over all not a bad experience it was.

Infant was allowed in the cinema and that infant kept crying. Nobody had the courtesy to call them out. Even the mother wasnt bothered about the rest of the people. I had to go out and call the staff mid movie to end the madness. Later the same family came back with the baby starting to cry again.

A decent cinema. The only issue I found was that it has only one single screen. Because of that reason it is mostly crowded. Otherwise the movie quality and the service of the cinema is pretty good.

Hotel & restaurant. Great hospital with good room services. Food is average. No good scenery around. But one of few boarding areas for travelers.

Hopeless cinepax seats are very uncomfortable. Left & cinema entrance not clean.

Good cinema but one issue, the recliners are at the front row, unlike other cinemas where there are the top row which is the best place. Done get recliners here and waste your money. Moreover they dont offer nachos.

Its just okay experience, environment is good you can take family, but there should be separate sitting arrangements for families rather than pulling everyone at the same place, along with if you are addicted to bigger screen with better sound quality, this is not the place you are looking for.

Good food quality and comfortable environment. Tickets start from 550 to 700 but in bargain tuesday u can get sane tickets in 300 to 400. If student offer is going on then there is discount from monday to friday till 6pm show.

Their date doesnt change after 12. Booked 10 seats online of 28th 12:15 time. Online its showed correct time and date on my receipt but on printed tickets they placed date on 29th. When told they said I am wrong should have booked tickets for previous day to see the movie at this time. I took 15 to 20 minutes to explain to them that at least admit that its your mistake. Then they gave us 8 seats and adjusted a couple that came with reference with no tickets. Now how do I know this? The couple asked us after movie that they need to pay xx person because tgey came with reference and had no ticket. Overall very unprofessional and pethatic way to deal online bookings and non cooperative staff. And they had to adjust 2 seats for people with reference. Should have an option for 0 stars.

Cinema is quite small with only one screen. The Ticket Booth and snacks bar are very slow. Air Conditioning in the hall is fine. Seats are not very comfortable. Overall an Ok experience.
