Good front office service of area office. However the TCS overall is not having updated system for driving license tracking, neither the delivery service is timely in faisalabad.

Very bad experience they are just send me One to another Branch Coz they dont know Where my parcel is.The address is also Mentioned on Parcel but I came here from 6 miles away to receive it lol.

The most incompetent courier service in the country. If you go there, be prepared for lame excuses for late pickups and drops. And theres no parking as well. People just go there because they have practically a monopoly in some regions.

A very lazy and slow service oriented place. I visited on 21 aug in evening to collect a returned mail, and was advised to visit next day due OPS office was closed. Next day they took 30 minutes to call my parcel at counter to handover me. Just because the lady at the counter had important conversation to make with colegue sitting next to her. A very bad and typical govt offices type pace and behavior TCS staff has to offer.

The riders don’t both contacting you for delivery and ship items back to seller without even bothering to check. Sometimes riders take extra money from me saying it’s the total amount when it’s not. The phone is NEVER answered. Terrible service in faisalabad. very unprofessional. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

It is situated besides the main road from Faisalabad(also known as manchister of pakistan) to Lahore..the road is devided by a canal( which is in the middle, havivind roads both sides ). Very beautiful view..trees are planted upon the banks of canal.TCS is a courier service with good repute.

TCS is providing very poor services. They returned my consignment back twice showing incomplete address although the address was very accurate and complete. They did not even bother to contact me if they were not successful to reach my address and took about 10 days just to receive and return the consignment from Karachi to Faisalaad and back to Karachi.OCS is much better than TCS.
