Went for day time Brunch, amazing place, plenty of variety for all. Loved the desserts selection. Gardens are designed for dining out and peaceful relaxed gatherings. Not had to deal with the management side so cant comment. But overall had a great experience.

Serena is a very good place with a peaceful environment to sit and enjoy coffee. Its the best place for coffee in faisalabadbut I do believe they can improve their desserts

We went for the food because we were told good things about the hotel.We arrived early and checked out the ambience, it was pretty good, kind of worn down though.When we sat for the food, there was a variety of salads and snacks replaced in glasses. We walked to the food warmers and opened them up. There was gulag jaman, chicken wings, chilli chicken, chicken bread, rice and a few other things.The food was all BLAND. It is oriented for outsiders and eat food WITHOUT ANY SPICES. The wings were good, but who serves wings at a luxury hotel?One more thing, there was a hair on one of the plates. Disgusting.This was a JOKE. I expected five star food and received TASTELESS FOOD.MY ADVICE: Go somewhere else, go to a local favorite rather than a corporate copycat who serves bland tasteless food.

The one and only Fine hotel to stay in Faisalabad. Little bit pricey but 100% value of money. I really love their cultural theme of building and whole decor portray image of Pakistans rich and royal culture. I love their theme and garden with beautiful fountains was so mesmerising and beautiful. Service was so good and staff was polite and cooperative. Their breakfast was soo yumm and delicious. You find all necessary things near it, like restaurants Dominos, pizzahut, kfc, burgerking are near to it and shopping centers are not far from serena. Its aroma is so romantic. Highly recommended must pay a visit.

I’ve been here quite a few times. To attend seminars to workshops. It’s been a pleasant experience every time. Of the lunches I had here, mostly were enjoyable.

I will not visit this property again, receptionist hold me at reception for 2.5 hours, and was saying to me we do not recieve any of confirmation email feom hotels.com. Ac was not working, pathetic attitude of staff.

Best 5 star hotel in Faisalabad and main point is that the food quality is too good specily hi-tea and environment is also too good i feel better when i gone to serena hotel.Outstanding and beautiful hotel and very cooperative staff & international standard. People there serving us in whatever capacity are extremely courteous. I dont have any complaints.

The public toilets were in a bad situation a 4star hotel and awful state shud be extra clean due to Covid.

This is the only 4 Star hotel in Faisalabad and the place chosen to build such facility is awesome and surrounded by lush green parks and hundreds of trees. One can have best possible option to stay there. Their pastry shop has best possible options there.
