A visit to this branch for account opening felt like HBL was patronizing me. Poor customer service. No sense of customer care and guidance in account opening. The personnel responsible for account opening must be trained in People skills such as communication (Urdu or English or Punjabi whatever), provision of information, etc.

There is no concept of customer services. It seems more like a public sector bank branch, where one has to be very patient to get the job done. You would always find lot of customers here mostly staff of companies depositing cash of their employers.

The branch has a list of robberies to its credit outside its premises. Unsupportive management and staff. Go elsewhere
