Wonderful stay with delicious complementary breakfast. They must raise their cleanliness standards. Washrooms need a bit more maintenance. Dining hall could be more esthetically decorated. Room service is great.Try to get it booked from booking.com to avail best prices. But its overall pricy. But at the same time you cant compromise on comfort.

Hotel One has always been my preferred choice of staying in Faisalabad. The professionalism of the staff at the reception always catches my fancy. Peaceful environment and cleanliness makes me feel at home. The cuisine though hygienic could improve in taste. Would definitely recommend

Hotel One is nice 3 star hotel.People are polite and provide you good service.Rent is i guess around 8000 Rps which is fine according to 3 star hotel.Offers complimentary Break Fast Buffet which is very good.Offers complimentary water bottle daily and tea also.Beds are really comfortable.Neat and clean rooms.Taste of Biryani and wings was not good. Dont know about other items.Overall good experience.

Hmm the hotel uses Pearl continental paraphernalia but the management needs to implement house keeping protocols big time .Though its a very clean efficient lodging: there should be no mosquitos in the rooms; lights need repair and cold water made it a bit less enjoyable.Beds are clean

Good location, adequate facilities for a short trip. Guests were noisy though esp. their kids (Rinning and playing in corridors at 1:30am)

Good staying-in facility in a reasonable price. Facility is well managed. Staff is courteous and cooperative. Clean and peaceful environment. Availability of cinema within hotel is a plus. Complementary breakfast is fresh, needs more items specially fruits that can be included in the breakfast menu. However, tea is really good. Non availability of bath robe and plastic sleepers instead of washroom sleepers is a little downside. Overall, a satisfactory experience for a night stay.

They dont offer a water glass when someone comes to discuss anything related to business.

Over all a good hotel to stay in mid TIER. Very good rooms, good service, good ambiance and location of the hotel is also very good/peaceful area.The only issue that you might face here (specially of u are a breakfast lover), Hotel One doesnt have very good breakfast options. Fruits are missing in the breakfast, many other major options are not available.If breakfast is not considered, this surely is the best option in below 100 Dollar segment.

We had six rooms booked and almost every room was out of toilet paper, kleenex, had clogged drains and broken wash room locks. Cant suggest this hotel to anyone to stay in.

I think that there rooms can be improved.Overall it was a satisfactory experience. Not very good.Entrance is quite impressive though.

I have stayed a couple of times at Hotel One Faisalabad. This hotel is managed by PC but quality of services and rooms are not at par with PC. Rooms are fine but washrooms are very bad. They offer a complimentary breakfast. Quality and taste of food is good.

Pandemic SOPs are not being followed as required. No face masks. Staff as well as guests. Cleaning of room very hurried and casual

Not bad very friendly service that treat you like family. I stayed there for couple of nights me and my kids that love it and they have cinema in there to. Breakfast is very fresh and delicious and they serve you fresh juices I loved it. There rooms are very clean and fresh. And they have family big rooms too

An okayish hotel. Standard rooms are small and below average with a little smell coming from bathrooms. I stayed at their family suite, which was big and spacious. It had double room, one with double bed and one with two single beds.Family suite was good but their central air conditioner makes a lot of noise. Complained about it but they said ac makes noise they cannot do anything about it.A sub standard hotel with high prices.

It was very nice and feel good.

A very classy nice restaurant. A warm welcoming, followed by an excellent service, with a lot of attention to details on order to please you.I took at first a tartare, the beef was excellent. With that I took a glass of the local red wine. Somewhat surprising, it does not taste like anything I have already drunk, but I kinda liked it.Then I took a marbled steak with homemade French fries and homemade ketchup (!). No word to say that it was awesome.The service always with a smile and very patient with us.Conclusion, if you have the opportunity to go eat there, do not hesitate !

It is reasonably a good place to stay in Faisalabad. They have a mini cinema, convenience shop and a good hall for corporate meetings. Located at a peaceful location. Rooms are average as compared to other properties of Hotel One

If youre looking for hotel one by PC, this is not the one, I took a detour of around one hour (due to bad traffic and civil work of some underpass) close by on canal and than going on Kashmir rd(APTMA house) only to end up in a shabby, muddy and suburban commercial neighborhood to come across dead ends in streets and a graveyard on one side. A location, where you cant expect a hotel to be.Let down by Google maps authentication mechanism.(If your destination is Hotel One by PC) search for Cinepax Hotel One, which is in Peoples Colony near D ground(famous landmark).

Last night i was stayed in Hotel The one.3rd class service was given infect too much 3rd class service was given. We can say that service was of just name and no more.The given towels was used and smelly. Washroom was dirty.They Charge us from A class Hotel but its was v 3rd class Hotel.such a waste of money. Highly un-recommended. On Check Out time they even don,t gave us a bell boy to drop our Bags to the Cars.Highly Dissatisfied.

But this cinema is most expensive in comparison to other offering tickets at minimum price of 860rs rather 500 as usual rate. This cinema also offers cafe with too much higher rates for nothing and poor flavored popcorns, not recommended. But if you are looking for family environment for cinema then it is highly recommended.Overall rating it 4, enjoy your stay and show.

Over all its an above average hotel in terms of services. Although the overall environment is calm and peaceful, however the room services including laundry, the restaurant services and the complementary breakfast are not up to the mark, standards are missing. Thats all what I found in 4 nights stay there.
