The service is good but I love its location above everything. Its Off the canal so instead of waiting in the room you can cross the road and spend some time at the canal under the trees... maybe take a dip provided you have the right dress. Also Lyallpur Galleria Mall with Carrefour... Hyperstar is adjacent ... so you may make this visit a family event... go shopping with your family while the vehicle gets serviced...... off course it entails a heavy spend if your wife really gets into the shopping mood.

Although its company work shop. But their level of wok and commitment to the delivery time is extremely poor. You have to stand in front of them to get ur work done on time. Quite disappointed by the level pf work. Recommended only if u dont have any other option.

Pathetic service. You have to wait hours for ur turn.Most importantly i visited there to paint a scratch on bumper and fender but they damaged my bumper and i had to replace the bumper ultimately. I had to visit 12 times to get my issue completely resolved. Very pathetic experience.

Worst customer service, both in sales and after-sale and service. Sales staff is unconcerned, rude and tact-less. Even Honda Cars Pakistan customer service phonelines wont answer. Honda brand should be ashamed of this total fiasco known as Honda Cars Pakistan and this particular dealership. Feel free to contact the writer in case someone wants to check the facts. Just to give a glimpse, no body knows the status of extended warranty despite car being delivered in March 18 and extended warranty payment already made months ago. Wake-up call for Honda brand, IF someone cares to listen.

Their repairing Services are good.But as far as they are considered with sale they dont inform about the exact time of arrival of your car.So dont believe on them they always deliver your car atleast a month later that is why giving them 4 stars. (Otherwise they are all good but as you know honda is a bit expensive)
