A Good Hotel to Stay In Bahawalpur. The Rooms and reception is at 2Nd Floor whereas lobby is on ground floor. We booked at very good price Rs5500 per night in October. The rooms were clean and staff was courteous. but they lack is basic training. Although they wanted to help us. The hotel situated in building which already has sapphire and Greenland at Ground Floor.Over all a great experience.

Very smelly rooms. But staff was good.

Everything okay but sometimes no water in toilet. Overall this is the only best hotel in bwp to stay.

Worst hotel to stay.We had confirmed booking of 11 rooms and at the time of check-in we were informed that our booking has been cancelled because they gave rooms to other people. Waiting with 30 guests who come from different cities to attend a marriageThey already got 50% advance 50 days back and now they did this

One of the best and less costly place in Bahawalpur. Excellent ambiance, location makes it ideal.Very humble and down to earth staff...Rooms are in no matter less than Hotel One category hotels standards and their charges are half of Hotel One...If they can improve breakfast serving, shall bring them over and above Hotel One chains. I am a very satisfied customer.Over all 07/10.

Good hotel with clean rooms. Restaurants food is also good but a bit expensive. Also grocery store is conveniently located in the basement.Cons:1. No covered parking2. Breakfast is not well-defined. It was strange that the staff said only one of the guests will get eggs, other with get cholas. Lol!

Good place for business meetings

Amongst few places where you can stay in Bahawalpur. Its a nice place overall but they need to upgrade their lobbies as it has some stinky smell. Their kitchen also needs upgrade especially the breakfast because not offering a variety. Further they dont have an in house laundry services. The staff is cordial & friendly and offers you much comfort.

Very comfortable room, excellent chef. Pakistani omelette served fluffy and appeared to be oil free! Delicious too. Dinner too excellent. Not squeaky clean but clean. Comfortable beds, friendly staff.

Located in the central point of Bahawalpur city. Ordinary rooms are not so attractive but executive rooms are really spacious and luxurious. These are wide rooms having beautiful and spacious washrooms. Food is of normal quality and taste. Service is good but not at excellent level. It should be improved. Rent per night is affordable (Rs. 6,000 per night inclusive of all taxes)

I was surprised to see such an amazing hotel in Bhawalpur. It is very good and I highly recommend this place.The designer of this hotel has done a great job. He has successfully given 5th Venue hotel a five star feel. Once you are inside the room it almost feels as if you are inside the room of Nishat hotel.The hotel is designed by taking inspiration from Nishat Hotel in Lahore. Every thing from floor, to rugs to Bed and interior decor and furniture reminds of Nishat hotel.It is a great value for money.There is no need to look anywhere else and one must select 5th Avenue whenever looking for high quality accomodation at an amazing price.

If you are looking for comfortable living in Bahawalpur then 5th Avenue is the best place. Reasonable room rates with quality infrastructure and facilities. Their restaurant food quality is Ok.

One of the best in town

Well the hotel is Good, especially the executive rooms, but the staff is not that well trained, its a little shaky & they lack a bit of commitment. They delay food and laundry

Helpful staff, nice rooms

Great place to stay, very spacious and well modere decorated room. Staff are very well mannered. I stayed with family and would recommend this to people traveling on road comfortable beds. Plus side is they have the restaurant with very nice, taset, unique and good value for money. And shop in ground floor. So all in one place.

It was good experience of staying there. Everytime I visit bahawalpur i prefer 5th avenue.Rooms are neat, staff cooperative and dealing plus room service is good.

The rooms are really nice, however the service has massive room for improvement. Also they really need to hire a new chef. This is though by far the best hotel in Bahawalpur.

Very bad experience in this hotel room service is tooo lame staff did not any coperate to the custumers n also the staff are theif. i was lefted my shirt in this hotel room no. 208 on 29th of april 2018. i had several calls to hotel reception mr. farhan & mr. moazzam are concern person in this hotel. they told me too much lied, sir today we will dispatched ur shirt sir tomorrow we will must be dispatched your shirt. but i would like to tell you today date 16 may 2018 is over but i dont recieve any shirt they both guys are theif and also are liyers. i had very bad experience in this hotel. i would never refer to my any friend or any relative to visit in this hotel.. thanx

I was always happy staying here but this time it was very disappointing, I ordered for BBQ which is in the menu they did not have it, asked for an iron they refused as now they do not provide this now, ordered for breakfast they did not have what I used to order when I stayed here previously and now I am in the hotel waiting for water as there is no water to take a shower :( really sad, standard deteriorated
