Very very bad staff. Not professional not cooperative. Bad behaviour.I had an very bad experience at the service station of arneja handa. Sale services are very good of the store but after sale services are terrible. Dont have value of others time. After booking still staff says you have to wait in Queue for service. And there is a big display board which says opposite hahaha every time have issues with them my second mistake I bought 2nd time Bike from them. Complaint no given their but when u call no body is their to answer your call. Mr Vikas and Mr. sukhdev are responsible for all this. Because they dont care. Only personal knowns are preferred. Ordinary peoples have to wait according to both of their moods.....

Since I purchased my Activa from this showroom 2yrs back, I have never experienced any problem with the service supervisors in getting my vehicle serviced from the workshop. Sometimes a little delay is caused when I go for vehicle servicing without prior appointments. So it is always good to seek prior appointment.

Third class experience. I told them to do zero-dep cab insurance. But at the time of the delivery they gave me the simple basic damage policy. Now i have an accidental claim and they are not ready to pay for it because its a simple policy. They are THEFT LIKE PEOPLE. Pls go for another agency ARYAN HONDA or any other. Was there with someone for a job interview. Worst service in terms of even though drinking water as complimentary by their staff. We were sitting there and ask them for a Glass of water. Ridiculous service experience. This guy is big chor. Left Honda activa in service center for regular service and picked it next day. In few days started experiencing problems, activa stopped on the way and didnt start, so I took it to a local mechanic on the way who found that this activa was not serviced at all. The oil was very dirty. Spoke to Arneja Honda about the issue. They admitted the mistake and and offered free next service. Apparently they had just washed the activa and not serviced. Honda needs to take really good care about these dealers.
