Worst service I have ever seen!Poor customer dealing. I suggest better not come here to buy anything at all. I just wasted my precious time here so I dont want either of a single person come here to do the same. Cz even if having a bad luck u visit here manager wont be there to deal instead he would b in his own world enjoying music!(MI-HEADSET).Concluding!!!I want to say that no client should get them renewed as they do not provide service to the customer after getting them.With all due respect! even to that rude manager also.

Showroom is good the staff is good but service centre is not good the staff does not listen what customer say .I have to told them repeatedly to repair my bike but i have to wait for hours as it is in warranty

I had serviced my bike here during my trip to Leh Ladakh. One of the best service centers and mechanic especially Parghat Pal. I am not sure if the owner is seeing this, but Parghat Pal is an incredible mechanic who is definitely an asset! I hope you get the service done from him on my next visit to Amritsar as well

Jaycee is having monopoly in Amritsar of ROYAL ENFIELD Bikes, this is the reason they are not giving and discounts and offers on bike.Do negotiate with themI personally having two royal Enfield bines, standard and classic.If you dont believe in superstitions like Tuesday or Saturday to buy bike. Then visit on these days as you will get personal attention and quick service because of less visitors.Very importantDo check your bike properly on or before delivery

I got RE 350 standard in mid of the oct today is the 31 dec no RC recieved till now. No call from RE about this situation. When ever i call them regarding this they ask me to wait 15 days more. Never suggest you to buy anything from them.

I Bought Royal Enfield Standard 350cc From Jaycee Motors,done 1st Service at 500 Kms and 2nd at 1600 Kms.I am facing lots of issues with My Bike and trying to convince them it can be fixed but as per their Mechanics everything is manufacturing Problems with this BS4 Model.I fixed My Bike from Outside Experience Mechanic and totally Satisfied. Never ever gonna visit them again and recommend everybody to go another authorized dealer at Array Motors.

I gave my royal Enfield classic 350 on Saturday for service and repairs.They gave me time for Tuesday to complete but still they didnt complete till Wednesday evening.50% work is done under my observation after I came to the workplace. This shows how responsible they were towards the customer and still my repair not complete. Worst service ever
