This review is for the service department. As far as quality of work my experience is that they do fine, my biggest issue is their timeliness. If you plan on taking your car here expected to be there for many hours even if you were just getting an oil change. When you schedule an appointment they likely won’t touch your car for hours, you were just scheduling a time to drop it off. They also do not offer loaner vehicles even if you have a brand new Ford. I will take my business elsewhere so I do not have to wait for hours after making an appointment just to have somebody look at my car.

Went to another car place first an was feeling really discouraged about getting a car.. ended up going to Ken Graff an was met by car-salesmen, Saul who helped me in getting my first car. He showed me cars that were in my price range an took the time to actually see what I could afford before showing me cars that were not in my price range. It was really fast an it went so smoothly. Our experience couldnt have been better! Paula treated us like royalty! She answered all of our questions and even more. We were very happy with the price of our new car. We bought a new 2020 Ford Explorer Platinum with all the bells and whistles! It drives so smoothly even at higher speeds. Ken Garff was a great choice for us since we are huge University of Utah fans and were so excited that he donated to the stadium expansion. We are very happy to support Ken Garff! Go Utes!

I had a great time with the sales department when buying a truck from these guys. Tyler is an awesome salesman and keeps up to his word and is very honest. He did a great job for me.However their service department on the other hand is not so great. First off the emissions wasn’t even done before I took the truck home and did not know until I called asking where my plates were. I then took the truck in and asked to have the front end on my truck shook down and checked out because there is a little wobble at freeway speeds. And if there is bad front end parts that would not pass a safety inspection for a dealership to sell that vehicle. These guys claim there was a safety inspection done on the truck before I bout it but I don’t believe it. They tried telling me that the shake is because a bracket is missing from when the previous owner put a leveling kit on the truck. Now the previous owner didn’t put a leveling kit on because it was me who installed the kit after I bought the truck. The shake was there before the leveling kit was put on, and there is no bracket missing. And if they really did do a safety inspection then they would have known that this truck did not have a leveling kit put on before the truck was sold. Not pleased with the service department at all and quite frankly because of them they lost me and my families business because they would rather sell an unsafe vehicle than own up to their mistake and fix it.

I worked with Kathryn Nanto from start to finish on my truck deal today. I would recommend her to anybody as the process was as easy as it could get. Even with what’s going on right now, she worked with me via email and I never stepped foot in the dealership.She was upfront about what they could do and worked with us to get the best deal possible. She was very personable and I felt comfortable working with her.When it came down to the final details, they got what we wanted with our new 2019 Ranger and made it seamless. There was no badgering or hounding throughout the process and never felt pressured by her.I will 100 percent be coming back to these guys when it’s time to trade in my vehicle and hope to work with Kathryn again.All In one day I sold my 95 Ranger personally and upgraded to the 2019 Ranger.Thank you guys again for all your work you put into this deal for us.The final bonus: they delivered the paperwork and the vehicle to our house, and took our other vehicle that we traded in back with them. Couldn’t ask for better service!

My experience with Ken Garff Ford AF was great! I worked with Kenyon Shields - he is a very knowledgeable sales professional. He knew alot about the specs and features on the trucks I was looking at - a refreshing change from most salesmen I have dealt with in the past. He and the Sales Manager worked very hard to try to find me the truck I was looking for. In the end I found one at another dealership but wish I could have bought it at Ken Garff instead. They will still be my go-to for service and parts.

The organization and people are very professional but my experience not great. I took my F150 2017 into Service because of a check engine lite. I was told by another mechanic (not a huge fan of dealerships because they always seem to charge more) that it was likely the wiring for the fuel injector. The mechanic at Ken Garff definitively said it was the injector itself and that my valve cover was leaking for around a $1,675 cost to repair. I picked it up, paid the bill and drove off the lot, and I noticed that it was running similar to when I dropped it off and saw the check engine light on. I returned it and sat for 2 hours and heard nothing. I finally approached the agent and he said the fuel injector they replaced was faulty and they were replacing it right then. The fact that a fuel injector failed once on a 2017 seemed strange but to have its replacement be faulty as well seemed really strange. It made me wonder if it was even done the first time. Sat for another hour and the truck is now running fine. Whether coincidence or poor service, it was not a great experience and having two injectors fail with one just out of the box does say a lot of good about Ford parts and quality. I would try them again to see if this was just a fluke as the organization in general seemed very professional.

Curtis in the Ken Garff Ford service department in AF was great to work with! I bought my truck a year and a half ago and love my F-150! No one likes having to take a vehicle in for service (one of those necessary evils) but Curtis made sure I was in and out in about an hour. I had a meeting I had to get to and he made sure I was on time. He communicated along the way while I waited and made me feel confident they would get everything done in time.

I recently went in for a repair on my truck (1st ever) and although it wasn’t cheap, John Goodman was amazingly helpful and fair. He explained what my choices were, kept very good communication, and even stayed late to let me pick it up after hours. Good guy and good company! Thanks John!

Edit: since posting the original review theyve reached out to me & have been helpful. Cruise control issue has been working fine for the past few weeks -- it acting up after getting work done on it may have just been a coincidence.They were friendly & got my F150 back pretty quickly. The throttle body was bad and has to be replaced -- since getting my truck back, the cruise control buttons have had issues. Sometimes it works, other times it simply will not respond.Cruise control worked perfectly before taking it in. Other than this, it was a great experience.

Today we had a great experience! These guys took care of us, treated us like we were important and were no hassle. I come from an 11 year career with a Ford dealership and I can be quite hard to deal with because I know the ins and outs, these guys never made me feel as though I was annoying or not wanted. They visited and gave us no pressure buying. Their finance team was great and each of the salesmen we dealt with were kind and respectful. I most definitely would and will buy from them again!

We brought our expedition in for an oil change, to fix our trailer outlet, and our side mirror. They did the oil change, and we told them to fix the outlet, but needed to order the mirror. I asked Steven if I should make an appointment to bring back the car to fix the mirror? He said no, they would get me in really quick when the part comes in. I waited a week and never heard anything. Finally called, and Steven realized HE NEVER ORDERED THE PART! He said he’d order it, (this was on a Thursday) it should be here in Monday. I asked AGAIN, should I make an appointment to bring my car in? He said no again, and they’d get me in quick and I’d be in and out in an hour. Monday came, I left 2 messages and I heard nothing from him. Tuesday I called and asked another associate if Steven was even in today? He wasn’t (that would have been good to know last Thursday!) I talked to another associate that verified my side mirror was in, and they could fix it on Thursday. THURSDAY!? I was told they’d get me in quick and it’d take an hour?! The earliest they could do was Wednesday afternoon, and they’d keep it overnight. They finally got it fixed Thursday afternoon. But when my husband and I looked at our receipt at home, IT STATES WE DECLINED GETTING THE TRAILER OUTLET FIXED??! We didn’t, we told Steven to fix it, and now we have to call and bring the vehicle back in??? We’ve been so disappointed with this whole process. The ball was dropped multiple times, and it seems we’re still not done with this process.

Took my car into Ken Garff for a recall repair to the door locks. While it was there, I also had them check my transmission. They completed the door locks recall and my car was checked for the latest transmission update. Savannah was my service advisor. She is the BEST!!! Always happy, friendly and keeps you updated with your car while in service. Currently, if you live within a certain area of the dealership, they will come and pick up your vehicle and return it once done. What a great free of charge service during these crazy times. Ken Garff has always treated me fair and honestly when servicing my vehicle. I recommend them for your car service needs.

I worked with Kenyon Shields to buy my Toyota truck. What a great experience!! He was so easy to work with. I emailed asking about the truck and he was very quick to respond. We set up an appointment for a test drive and I got a text confirmation! He even sent me a video of the truck before hand. He was ready on time for my appointment and prepared. Very professional! He is very thorough and knowledgeable. Ask for him, you won’t regret it!The other members of the team were great too. My husband and I were stranded in Cedar City, UT on the way to Yellowstone and the local Ford dealer couldn’t/wouldn’t help us for two weeks (!), so I called the wonderful folks at Ken Garff Ford and Nathaniel assured us that they would take care of us whenever we arrived (our Edge limped the 221 miles at 40mph). I have had the WORST experience with this Ford. I went in months ago to get a small part replacement. I called and called and they never returned my messages to find out if the part came in. When it finally did, they ordered the part and I came in and left my car with them all day. Then at the end of the day they called and said they had ordered the wrong part! And that the part wouldn’t be getting in till another 2 months. So I’d have to come in and be without a car for another full day. Then when I came in to get the car I got a half hearted apology. Then I called a full 2 months later to see if the part was in. And they said it was still behind and would be another month. They haven’t offered us any discounts or seem apologetic in the slightest. Worst experience ever. Will never be ordering parts from the Ford dealer again unless we see some major deals when we finally go in to get the part fixed.

Great interactions and customer service when dropping off and picking up! The last service we had we worked with Nate who was so great, I honestly would like to work with him every time! Nate gets 5 stars! Something else that was nice that I noticed last time was that they car washed my car after I brought it in for a recall!The reason for the 2 stars is a couple things.As is with every dealer pricing seems very high and not very clear until you get the receipt- for example last time we got a repair there they told us the part cost a certain amount and the service fee was a certain thing. When we got the receipt it turned out the part was way cheaper than we were originally told and the service fee was ridiculously high and more than we were told originally! We wish we would have taken it to our mechanic and paid way less!The other frustration is their phone service. I always have trouble when I call in. The people I talk to are usually very nice but seem uninformed about what’s going on or don’t know how to direct my call. I usually get redirected three or four times, and sometimes it ends up in a big loop. This particular time I got my car serviced for a recall that I had received a notice about but previously they told that they “Didn’t yet have a solution for the issue.” This time I talked to someone who informed me they had the parts in! I had they double check since I had been told numerous times they didn’t. They got confirmation that they actually did and then redirected my call to scheduling. Then the scheduling person told me that they didn’t have the parts in so I had to inform her that I had actually talk to somebody who had double checked that they actually did. Instances like this are very common when I called in.The service and repair team are really awesome!

I took my F-250 diesel to Ken Garff for an oil change, emissions and multi point inspection. I was treated awesome by the staff and the work on my truck was performed quickly. They were very informative with the things that needed attention or repaired and even recommended not fixing a few things that were expensive to repair and not really needed at the time. I was very happy with the experience and will definitely go there in the future.

I had a terrific experience with Jarred and the entire Ken Garff Service Team. From the moment I pulled up I was attended to promptly and warmly. They were thorough in reviewing the open recall for my vehicle. Jarred even took the time to review my Trucks history and discovered there were additional open recalls that hadnt been serviced yet. Overall, I went in to get one recall serviced and left with 5 more taken care of. Had Jarred not taken the time, I would still have open recalls posing a potential issue to my truck. We made two appts. to see trucks, one in Bountiful and one at Ken Garff in American Fork. We had a horrible experience in Bountiful (they assured us they had the truck we wanted and we drove an hour there and they didnt even have the truck.) We left there and drove an hour back to Ken Garff and Des, Caden & Kris met us at the door and had the truck clean and ready for us to test drive. We had such a wonderful experience at Ken Garff - it was a night and day difference!! They have wonderful, knowledgeable people that truly want you to be happy!!

My experience was excellent. I went in for an oil change, and did not expect, among other inspections, to have my tires rotated, my brakes checked, and filters inspected. At first I thought it was taking a little long, but that all changed when I realized how much they did besides changing my oil.

I have been having a horrible experience here. if I could I would give them 0 stars. I sold them my car to them and was waiting for a check for what was left after the loan payoff. They said up to 10 days and it’s been 3 weeks now and I don’t have the check yet. They claimed they were waiting until the title came from the bank but somehow listed the car I sold to them before even receiving the title and giving me the money for it. They pulled my credit at multiple lenders without my permission, making my credit score go down. Here I am still waiting for my check and the salesmen has ignored my texts and since then taken the car I sold them off their page. I’m really upset and not happy about this experience. I haven’t had a car for 3 weeks because I’ve been waiting for the money to put as a down payment on a new car. Don’t recommend going here at all. Hopefully I actually get the money from them

Got me in and out on a oil change tire rotation quick .. so thanks, that exactly what I needed. High, very high price for DEF. Probably not that unusual at a dealer. Ill remember that in the future and do it myself. Not that hard.They broke out the oil change and tire rotation costs on the invoice. At other western state Ford dealers it was always wrapped up in a service coupon Ford calls the Works. Seemed pricier than previous oil changes, but probably because they showed me the breakdown. They got me in and out so fast , so worth the extra cost if any. Should have bought the $128 oil change special. The Service Advisor offered. I was just not smart enough to realize the good deal it was.

We had taken our Expedition to a couple other Ford dealers because it wasn’t running right and we were still having the same problem. We took it to Ken Garff and in a couple of hours they had it diagnosed and fixed. When we left the dealership it started doing the same thing and we took it back. There was another part that had to be ordered and replaced but they fixed it at no charge and it has run perfectly ever since.

My wife and I visited the dealership one evening, our first interaction was pleasant and the salesmen was knowledgeable. He was unable to find us a vehicle that met our needs and we left to look for a truck elsewhere.I just received a call from that salesmen asking if I was still interested. I explained that we purchased a vehicle somewhere else. His reaction was pretty rude, clearly making upset and annoyed noises while talking with me.This is completely unacceptable behavior. How can you be rude to me, when you are the one unable to meet my needs? Instead of wasting your energy being rude on the phone, maybe spend a little more time sourcing affordable vehicles for your customers. As a customer, Ill never even visit this dealership for service after this poor experience.Only reason this is 2 stars instead of 1 is our initial experience was a positive one.

Edited to add: they called me and were able to get me in quick to fix the broken things (at no cost to me). They were very nice and apologetic for everything that happened and for how long it took. I will say that even though things happened, they have always been nice and friendly towards me (and my kids)!They are very nice and helpful, however when I took my car in they broke a part and didn’t report it. When I pointed it out they apologized and ordered a new part to replace it. When the new part came in it was the wrong part so they said they would order me the correct one. I still have not received the new part (or a phone call following up about it), and while waiting for the new part something else went wrong... I have called multiple times, and left a voicemail, with no answer or a call back. It has been more than two weeks now...

I always have a fantastic experience with Ken Garff Ford in American Fork. Today, I took my car in to get serviced with an oil change and tire rotation. The entire experience was fantastic. The staff there helped me to get my car checked in and then they arranged for an Uber to my office and later in the day they arranged for an Uber to bring me back to the dealership to take possession of my vehicle. Great service. Great experience.

Savanna in service took very good care or me when I had my F150 in for repairs. She let me know how long it would be to order and receive the proper parts and scheduled me accordingly. She was also able to get me a rental that I could actually fit in as I am tall. I received phone calls during the week to update me on status. I have been very happy since moving to Ken Garff as my preferred dealer. They really work hard to make sure my needs are taken care of. I would highly recommend them to my friends.Mike Hansen

I had an appointment scheduled to see a vehicle that I saw on a social media listing. Upon arriving, I was greeted by Scott and another employee which I forgot his name already. They were very interested in wanting to help me which was awesome. I didn’t feel completely rushed during the process. I got to test drive one of their vehicles and it drove really well. Unfortunately, they couldn’t completely help me due to my financial situation. However, the customer service, honesty, and professionalism that they have is what I wish many other car dealerships had. Update: 2 emails to Ray have gone unanswered. If you take your car here, you better hope nothing goes wrong, because they seem entirely unconcerned with trying to make it right.---Took my car in to get a new part, a few days later, my car broke down. It turned out the part they installed was faulty. I called the service department about getting it towed back and they directed me to another number. When I called that number and told the automated voice what I needed, it directed me to Roadside Assistance. Apparently, that was the wrong thing to use and now they won’t reimburse me on the tow even though it was their fault. I had to go over a week without my car and I didn’t even ask for a rental. Not to mention the fact that when I bought the car, I was told by the salesman that I got a special deal of Roadside Assistance for as long as I owned it. I guess that was just a lie.

Im giving two stars because the salesman that I worked with was really nice and professional. The finance department was, however, a nightmare to work with. I got approved for an auto loan and was given the flash drive with the contact on it; they even told me that I could take the vehicle home last night. Next thing I know, I get an email from finance saying that the bank didnt approve for the car I wanted because they wouldnt accept a portion of my income as evidence. I understand that happens, however, finance got my hopes up and strung me along. They should have taken a realistic approach and not exaggerated everything. Also, the finance guy admitted that the voucher they offer was just a marketing tactic to get people in the door. It was all very unprofessional and frustrating. I will not be doing business with Ken Garff ever again in the future.

Complete Liers period do not trust these folks at all. We gave them the vin number photos everything they asked for then took a 8 hour drive to have them do classic Bate and switch. Ken Garff held our truck for 14 days to get an answer back from Ford on a warranty issue. When Ford responded it was with a pathetic amount of assistance. Third experience with trucks around 50,000 miles needing major repairs and Ford failing to stand behind their product. Dont assume that the powertrain is covered under the powertrain warranty. its not. Ford will find a way to duck out every time. Kenn Garff wont stand with you either. We will no longer purchase Fords for our business or personal use. UPDATE: 20 days later and still no truck. It was supposed to be ready five days ago. Called today and they are just pulling it into the shop. Slow service, and no assistance from the dealership. Its one thing to to respond that you are willing to help and another to actually help.

If I could give a half star I would.. this is the worse company to buy a auto from. I bought a used ford truck from them and went back 3 weeks later to get the plates and they said that the dmv was way behind and didnt send the plates, I went back 2 weeks later and same excuse. Then I called again after 6 weeks from the date of purchase and was told that I had to bring the truck back for emission. They said to bring it down and they would try to get it done that day, why did it take 6 weeks and 3 visits to find this out... And why didnt they call me about it. When I talked to the manager edison he just gave excuse after excuse and lip service. My wife has been shopping for a new suv and we will never buy another vehicle from Ken garff ford AGAIN. WORSE COMPANY EVER... They suck

I very rarely (if ever) post reviews. But I feel like this one has to be mentioned. I totally understand that dealerships are more expensive than other mechanic shops and that’s part of the deal. But I expect honesty at least. I took a 2015 Ford Explorer in because of a charging system light that came on. I paid the $99 bucks to diagnose the issue and they said it was a bad alternator. They quoted me $1300 parts and labor to fix it. I decided to make sure, and get a second opinion and took it elsewhere. The second place initially looked at it and said the alternator wasn’t charging the battery, but if it was bad, it would be $500 to fix. Then they called me back and said that it was just a $30 belt that broke. So, they threw a new belt on, and a total of $88 was the whole fix. So, as a an unaware customer, I almost threw away $1300 because someone decided not to do their job correctly and pass that off to the customer. I expected more from Ken Garff, who is usually better than this.

With my daughters first purchase, this experience was, like the rest, very quick and easy.The sales person Kenyon Shields, was so good to have the car ready, cleaned, and sanitized for her test drive. He was courteous and he listened diligently to questions and answered each question directly and ensure she understood the answer.Our finance manager was very patient and explained everything to her clearly. My daughter is overjoyed with her new can and we were impressed and pleased (as we always are) with Ken Garff Ford.

Kris was eager and up for the challenge in finding us a car in a couple days time. We had quite a few little wants and needs that made finding that hard. He drove to Logan to pick up our dream car hours before we gave birth to our son so we could bring our whole family home. A check engine light came on for my Ford F-250 diesel. The ODBII reader indicated a problem with the DEF heating system. Ken Garff Ford got me in right away, determined what the problem was, made the repairs, found that they were the subject of a recall, and got the truck back to me the same day. Great service!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Worst customer service by any dealership Ive every worked with. It took 3.5 weeks for Ken Garff to simply make a phone call in order to start fixing our 2 year old Ford Explorer. The issue still isnt fixed, its been two months. No rental car, no sorry for you troubles, just a simple deal with it, what are you going to do about it attitude. Its a good thing they pay Podium a lot of money to maintain their positive reviews. Avoid this dealership and any dealership with the Ken Garff name. Their, We hear you campaign is about as ironic as it gets. Im very disappointed. I cant wait for Ray P to reply about their transparency and pretending to care about the customer as soon as this is posted. #fakefakefake

Great service. Jarred was awesome to work with. I always purchase the Advantage plan and we we’re having issues finding it. He was extremely patient and gave me information so I could retrieve my email receipt. He made sure I was not rushed. They even allowed me to do my emissions test not scheduled. Had my truck towed in from Fairview because of it showing an emissions problem. Next morning I checked with the service department and they were not very optimistic about getting it back to me very soon. I had to wait for a computer scan to find out what was wrong with it and they weren’t sure if it would happen that same day. I wasn’t very happy about their response. Then about 11:30am I was called with them saying it was finished and I could pick it up. I was like, what it’s what? Way impressed with this quick response regarding my truck.

So far the parts department here has been phenomenal always helpful, finds what I need. I came in to get two keys made for an Excursion. Parts said they had keys, quoted me a price but said they had to be programmed. Talked to service, said they were swamped, told me it should only take 45 min to an hour but he couldnt do it that day. Fair, I was a walk in. Made an appointment to get keys cut, appointment gal was right on top of it. Appointment day came and job responsibilities had me call to reschedule BEFORE my appointment time. Service dude rescheduled me and quoted me about 4 hours for the appointment. What? Clarified it should only take an hour. Week later is the appointment. I arrive early, had another question about door key pads that I had bought earlier but didnt match. Service dude says We just dont make replacements fine its an 03. Aftermarket part that is closest will leave a nice whole in the door. So basically the part they suggested I buy as replacement is a bust. I drove to SLC to get this part is not gonna work. Ask if I can just return it. Sure, have to take it back to SLC, not here. Annoying but ok. Takes my car back to do the Key thing, 15 minutes later comes back with We dont have your keys in stock..... OK, long haul truck driver only have two days off a week. One of them is Sunday can I make another appointment since this was a wasted day?.... No, Ill just text you when they come in. Two weeks, two appointments later, still dont have two keys cut. Stars are for Parts Guy, and the appointment gal. None for Service.

Clearly a disconnect between service scheduling and work to be done. Wasted a trip because they didn’t have parts in stock even though I scheduled my appointment days in advance, even giving them the recall code. Service advisor didn’t really care and avoided eye contact. Not even a small “I’m sorry we wasted your time”. Not the first time I’ve been frustrated by poor communication at Ken Garff. So much for “We Hear You”.

Ken Garff didnt even really try to find the problem i was having with my brand new F350. They blamed the batteries dying on a third party and pretty much showed me the door.... after I had taken it in for the same problem on multiple occasions. I wouldnt waste your time going there. I took my truck to Larry Miller who found and fixed the problem within like 30 minutes of looking at it. Ken Garff is so busy it doesnt feel like they even wanted our business (this vehicle was under warranty... but I wont be taking any non-warranty vehicles to them either).

Serviced my 2012 F150. 142k service. Service check in went very quick and smooth. Service was very quick and very detailed. Service Manager was very helpful and kept me informed about the vehicle maintenance. He called when vehicle was finished and ready for pickup. Mechanic sent a video of progressnoting the good condition of brakes, tires, belts and other, as well as a few things that may need attention, plus a recommendationfor additional services .Service was excellent, timely, and detailed. Would definitely recommend Ken Garff Ford, American Fork as a service provider.Overall, service was good, very good Mechanic.

My 2017 Transit was shaking badly between 25-30mph so I brought it in. There is a major recall on this year and model for these issues and the van only has 30k miles on it. I was told that in order to rule out a bent driveline (which mysteriously is only noticeable in a 5mph window) I would have to pay $1400 and have it replaced before they would honor the power train warranty. Its fine though because $900 of it is parts is what I was told. I also tried to buy a truck here and they listened to what I was looking for and then only showed me trucks double the price I had told them I wanted to stay under. Poor service, dishonest, and not helpful at all.

Im usually wary of having repairs done at dealerships because they seem to cost more so I was pleasantly surprised to have a great experience with Curtis and his team. I brought my F150 in with a number of small issues, most of which were covered by the extended warranty. However, one issue was not covered and was going to be very expensive to fix. The assigned technician, Alex, worked directly with me to come up with a suitable solution which was much less expensive, just as reliable and would restore the vehicle to full functionality. I felt like these guys were genuinely on my side, going above and beyond to think outside the box in finding a solution.

My son broke his axle on his car late at night and I was so relieved the gate was open for the tow truck driver to be able to take his car to the dealership Sunday night. The cops showed up to check on things as we were seen on their surveillance cameras, so it’s nice to know their property is well watched after. The service department was great to work with. They were friendly and communicated everything with us. His car was fortunately under warranty and they had it fixed by Monday afternoon. They even let me leave it there till Thursday as I wanted my son to be without his car longer so he’d learn more of a lesson from it. Hands down the best service we’ve received from any dealership service department.

Our service advisor forgot to check his texts. We were on vacation--which was the best time for us to take our family van to be repaired, so I wasnt focused on following up. So, after 2 weeks, I called in. A different service advisor got our parts ordered. Once the parts were there, it was only an afternoon before they finished the work. Our van was there for 3 weeks. I am frustrated.After the work was done, I was sent the survey and 3 reminder texts to leave feedback. I think that the priorities need to be reevaluated if I am ignored, and then hounded.
