I saw an ad online and talked with Zane. He was professional, to the point, but not impolite. I put a $1000 dollar non refundable deposit on a truck I thought looked good. He made the deposit easy, allowed me time to get an inspector I there and wait for a report. Purchasing the vehicle after inspection was made very easy, as well as coordinating with my inspector and shipping. The truck is in the condition it was advertised in. So far a really nice vehicle. Let me start by saying I have never been a fan of car dealers until now. I really thought purchasing a truck from out of state would be a nightmare until now. The process was so smooth I dont think I will ever set foot on a dealership again. Papers delivered to my door, constant communication via text, phone, and email, no pressure, no haggling, and made the process simple with my busy schedule. Frankly, I will buy from this group again even though I am 600 miles away, thanks again Eric for all your help.

Trash Dealership.Took a car for a test drive and to mechanic to do a pre-buy check. Mechanic told us everything is great just needs the 100,000 mile maintenance, which other dealerships said they would cover if we bought their car. This dealerships response was “we can’t do that”He then proceeded to tell us his boss actually bought it for a family member and it’s not for sell. So they knowingly let us spend money on a mechanic knowing he wouldn’t sell it to us, and their respond was “ah yeah, that’s a bummer”*EDITThe main purpose of this post was that we wasted money on a mechanic to check a vehicle that was apparently sold before we even took it. It is also odd that now there is a bad review, suddenly the vehicle is still for sale again. We will spend money with truthful dealerships.

Experience was great at the beginning. Gotta give it to Eric for being a great sales person.... but once the sale was complete and vehicle was off the lot the truck i purchased had some mechanical issues. Eric stated he was going to help fix it and then never answered my calls again. Im from out of state which made it very easy for him to ignore me and never to be heard of again. I would be very careful purchasing a vehicle from Eric.

My son purchased a truck their recently. They were very helpful and accommodating until you leave the lot. On the drive home, something did not feel right. Took it to three different mechanics and all three said the vehicle is unsafe to drive. Thousands of dollars later my son has the truck he purchased.. He contacted auto inc Utah several times and they offered $300 . If you choose to do business with them, bring your own mechanic, think twice and good luck

We showed up and test drove a car shortly before closing on a Monday night. We really liked the car and wanted to buy it. Mark was very nice and he let us stay after hours and purchase the car. He was very cordial and helped us make a payment despite some technical difficulties with the credit card. We were able to purchase the vehicle with a good price. Bought a truck from autos inc about a month ago, flew in from out of state and drove 700 miles back home. Ive had mechanics from 1 diesel shop, 1 tire shop, and a shop that some trusted friends own all look at this pickup. Just about every brake/suspension/steering component on it was not in functioning condition. Also, there was one dead battery, leaking transmission cooling hoses, and a missing front skid plate. The list is still rising. Easily 3k into this truck already just to get it road worthy. I have not seen a dime to help with any of these parts and instead just have pictures of the inspection that autos incs buddies down at point s tire did and passed the condition of this truck. Take your hard earned money down to the dealership and buy a certified pre owned vehicle with a warranty and dont let these guys do this to anybody else. If you do shop here bring a trusted mechanic with you.

We had bought our car from them the day after Thanksgiving. Literally on the drive home all lights came on in the vehicle. We took it to a mechanic in the Provo/Orem area where we live and they declared the car unsafe to drive because the actuary brake was leaking and busted. We have tried to call and text them and they will not respond. Erik answered once when I called and said only the man who sold us the car can make any decisions in regards to helping us. The guy who sold to us went to Mexico the day after we bought it so we had no way of getting ahold of him. We’ve texted and called multiple times and it’s now been almost two months and we have still never heard from them. We wanted to wait and leave a review until things had been resolved and we would see how they were able to work with us after this happened, but it seems they are unwilling to do anything. It’s unfortunate too because they were very kind and seemed like a great company to buy from and work with and we had a very good experience apart from this. The repair ended up costing us $1,600 and we are left incredibly frustrated. I would not recommend purchasing from them unless you bring a very knowledgeable mechanic with you to verify the car has no hidden or cleared problems. If they end up answering or reaching out to us and helping I will be sure to update my review.

I absolutely love my new car I bought from Autos Inc! I worked directly with Mark from start to finish. Not sure if other dealers do this, but he did all my registration too so when I drove away from the dealership, I was literally all done. On top of that, I thought the price was very fair. All in all, the process was way better than the experience my wife and I had when we bought our Pilot from a Honda dealership.

If you have never bought a truck sight unseen (like me) you have some questions. A lot of questions! This was a hard thing to commit to but I did. Most thought it was crazy as did I. I had it shipped by autos inc to Colorado and never seen the thing in person. After many conversations with Eric he worked through my questions and answered the best he could. Never any pressure, he let me make a decision. He was great to work with! I read all the reviews on this site before I purchased and some have bad things to say, mostly good but not all. As a business owner I understand you cant please everyone and thats what this looks like to me. The truck arrived on time and was exactly what Eric said it was. I would recommend this company to anyone and have been completely satisfied with how things went. I was never offered any gas card or anything to leave a review as some say. Kinda wish I was because the truck showed up empty. Thanks for the truck Eric!

Dont buy from them. Years later after owning a vehicle I bought from them, I found out they sold me a truck that had incorrect specs and pretty much made it unsellable... if I want to be honest about the miles. Guess they are trying to be like Walmart and #rollback numbers.

Not pushy and let us take all the time we needed. However they do not adequately inspect their vehicles missing problems that could be a risk to the occupants as well as the vehicles. We were told that the vehicle had been inspected and safety done. We found out later that there was a fuel leak which is a hazard, no license plate light, no jack or lug wrench (we knew this one before we bought it), the tires and brakes barely passed. The tires were all different treads, ages, and sizes. These are only some of the issues. They dont fix anything they just cover it up. I would not recommend Autos Inc to anyone. You dont get what you paid for there, you get far worse. Go ahead and take your chances if you are feeling lucky. Taking it for a third party inspection is a must when you go here.Also FYI all of the 5 star reviews are posted because they offer a free tank of gas to type it from their office.. Not honest reviews, just people looking for free gas.

First off I rarely do reviews but this has been a horrible experience.I got this truck in april and still fighting all the issues it has that I was never told about. I wanted to buy from autos inc for a long time and finally got the opportunity to do so. Long story short the truck I was very excited to get came with a lot of issues that i was not told about. Im still trying to get it all figured out with a good amount of money being poured into the truck. I wish I would of never made the move to use autos inc as it has put me in a bad spot. Also be cautious when getting your truck/ car shipped to you. The truck I got was never shipped they hired someone to drive my truck from utah to colorado. When the truck was recieved it was in bad condition with mud all over the interior including trash and some bodys keys to another vehicle and cds in center counsel.

Wanted to update my original rating. They have you rate it right in the store when you purchase a car and offer a discount if you do so. Well, this is before you actually get to experience the vehicle. Within a week I had the car back in the shop. The extended warranty I purchased covered it but even that company was awful and hard to work with. I had to take the vehicle back to the shop nearly four times and finally had to just get rid of the vehicle within four months of purchasing because it ended up having a bad head gasket. The warranty company only covered a few things. I was a newly widowed father with seven kids (I explained this to the sales person) and really needed a reliable car. He assured me it was. Very disappointing and will never purchase from there again. Lost several thousands of dollars and time away from my kids trying to take care of the car. Go somewhere else.

I am giving Autos Inc two stars. They were extremely nice and fair on pricing. During my test drive, I thought what I had heard was the CV axle or possibly a strut. When I had finished my test drive, I had asked if there were any problems with the vehicle, and had let Mark know there was a grinding sound when I turn. He assured me it was a strut and he would sell a bit lower than the listed price. I did receive a great deal on my Jeep that I had purchased from him. After I had signed all of the paperwork, he walked me out to my new vehicle and told me the radio does not work. I had to pay for someone post purchase to repair the radio. Less than a week after I had driven my vehicle, The grinding persisted, even worsened. I had figured out from professional help, it was my front differential. I contacted Mark to see if he was aware the front diff was going out. He basically told me no, well you already bought it, your stuck with it. Although that is understandable, and true, there is no way he could have missed the fact that the front diff was out on that car. It was extremely loud when accelerating and also extremely unsafe to drive. I am still very unhappy on the problems he let me walk out the door with. The car had a very extreme oil leak as well, the oil filter had been threaded incorrectly causing oil to leak excessively, all but 2 of my speakers did not work, all of my struts for my hood, back hatch, back window were all broken. I had to replace both front CV axles within a month after purchasing my vehicle, Basically, all I have had with this vehicle is problems. They seem to be sale driven, not customer oriented. I have read quite a few reviews and they seem to be very accurate on how this business runs. I honestly regret buying this terrible vehicle from Autos Inc. Buy or Beware.

Awesome dealership. I worked with Mark and Eric and they were both very professional, they werent pushy and they helped me get the car I wanted. I never felt like I was pushed to buy the car and they made sure it was what I wanted. They were super accommodating when I said I wanted to get it checked at a mechanic just to double check since it is used. I would recommend them to anyone I ever hear wanting a car. 10/10 experience.

Great customer service! Great price! The first car we looked at was here, loved it but left to see our options. We looked all day, and came back here and bought my daughters first car!! It was a great car, mileage, and price. Zane stayed after hours so we could purchase the car!!!
