*edited review as Rich Ford went above and beyond to rectify the issues I faced originally*I purchased a 2020 Mustang GT in a specific specification from them. Although difficult with COVID shutdowns and the like, they were able to track down exactly what I wanted. It wasn’t a quick process, but they gave me a very nice rental Explorer in the time it took. During this time, there was an active recall that took what felt like forever to get fixed. I won’t lie, this was frustrating, but it got done and they compensated me for the trouble.Geoffrey V. was great to work with. He understood what I wanted and made sure I was able to get it. He also provided frequent updates, which was very nice.Bart R. was a little slow with communication at times but he was also very easy to work with if he ever felt you were frustrated. He would always try to make it right.

I was looking to purchase new 2019, or 2020 Ford F-150 Crew cab 4x4 pick up, I speak to a salesman in commercial sales, sales manager, and the best price Rich Ford offered me for 2019 model was $ 39 to 42,000. When you talk to a Rich Ford staff about purchasing new vehicle they are treating you as Dummy that have no idea what trucks are selling for. What is making me angry, is the fact that You have to drive 600 miles to get a honest price. I purchased 2020 F 150 XLT, 4x4 ,crew cab,long bed pick up not for $ 39k, or 42k but for $ 26,500 in Salt Lake !No wonder Rich Ford get Rich by overcharging their customers by $ 10,000 or more on the average pick-up.

I bought an used F150 here a couple weeks ago. Truck had a mechanical issue, no fault of the dealership, it’s an used truck and I don’t have unrealistic expectations.This review is negative for no reason outside of how I was treated by James Orona Sr. I have never been shown such disrespect, as a customer or individual. Right off the bat, this guy was downright hostile, and was clearly looking for a confrontation. The guy was so angry, he looked like he was going to have a heart attack, just because I purchased a truck and brought it back. I couldn’t even begin a sentence without him interrupting me, and I have no interest in yelling matches. Unreal. Seriously, why make things so hard on yourself?My family has purchased most of their vehicles here, I still have the truck my dad gave me that he bought here when he was my age, my grandfather even worked here!I will never do business here again.

Great experience with Rich Ford. Was looking at new Transit Connect on Edmund.com when they referred me to Rich Ford. Follow up call within the hour by John Bell, Commercial Account Manager, who showed me various options, making sure to listen to what I wanted. Turns out there was a Class C RV on site from trade-in. John worked with me and made sure my concerns were addressed, including on the RV itself. Couldn’t have been better and I now have a RV! Also a shout out to Allan Quezada, Finance Manager, for his thorough and helpful explanations of documents. Great job, guys.

I took in my truck to diagnose why my batteries kept dying, i informed my sales associate that my batteries keep dying and wanted them to perform a parasitic draw test to see what keeps draining my batteries. I let them know that i just bought new batteries and they still died within a 2 months, and that I had to charge them just to start the truck to drop it off for the diagnostic. The sales associate called and stated that the mechanic said i need new batteries before he can diagnose the issue. The sales associate charged me $107 just to tell me that i need new batteries in order to conduct the diagnostic, they did not actually do any technical or mechanical diagnostic. When I showed up to pick up my truck, the batteries were dead and the truck would not start, you would think they would have charged the batteries so i could have at least picked up my truck, or would have needed to charge them in order to conduct the diagnostic. On top of that, when I opened my door, the inside panels under my steering wheel was pulled apart and the truck had plastic and paper trash all over it.I talked to the assistant manager about this issue and they did not seem to care or offer a fair solution. I will never take my vehicle here again and I am going to share this story with all of my friends and family so they dont make the same mistake I made.10/12/20 - UpdateThe manager called me after i left this review to figure out exactly what happened. After I explained it to him he agreed that this situation wasnt handled correctly and gave me a refund. He also apologized and wants to help figure out what is causing my trucks issues. I will be taking my truck back and working with the manager so we can hopefully get this resolved. I have updated my rating from 1 star to 3 since the manager seems to be willing to help get the issue resolved, and since they provided a refund.

Service here is always prompt and courteous without undue pressure. I like that you can schedule appointments online and go in on Saturday. They seem good at telling you what needs to be worked on now and items that will need attention soon. Also, willing to discuss options.

This is now the second time taking in my trucks for repair and I have to say that overall it has been a good experience each time. The work is done when they say its done and if it takes longer they communicate with you to let you know that it could take longer. The service coordinators are sure to keep you informed about the repairs needed for your vechicle.

I have never been more disappointed with a company in my life. Dan Roybal sold me a car without air conditioning (2017 black Honda Civic with 64k miles) after assuring me he was going to get it fixed during the the 3 hours it took to do the paperwork after the test drive. He should have come in immediately after finding out that he couldn’t get it fixed but instead he reassured me 2 times that I shouldn’t worry and that it only needed to be recharged. I sold my vehicle to them so when I leave the paperwork, he has the car washed but no AC. I am a single mom with 3 children and so after an hour with the car, I called mr. Roybal saying I need to return the car. He said I would have to wait until tomorrow and he would either give me a 2020 Ford Fusion as a rental or put me in another Honda Civic. I go in and do not like any cars and have an allergic reaction so I get overwhelmed and just say for him to try to fix the car first thing Monday morning. When purchasing the car, Dan Roybal showed me a site where the value of the car was 22k, it was my fault I didn’t double check but on that Sunday, I found the exact same car, advertised by Rich Ford on Edmonds.com for 15k when the lowest they would “let me negotiate” was 20,900. I needed to buy a car so unfortunately they took advantage. After finding the advertised price, I texted Dan Roybal saying I will be returning the car on Monday and that everything needed to be ready so I did not waste anymore time. I go in, have at least 2 very patronizing experiences with a manager named James. He said it was my fault that I trusted the price Dan offered me and then likened the experience to if I were to buy a gallon of milk without a coupon, it’s my fault I didn’t know the coupon existed. As if a 20k+ car is the same as a gallon of milk. The return was easy because they had not submitted the contracts to the bank yet, thankfully. They forgot to give me my title of my car that I sold them so I had to go to Rich ford a total of 4 times for a POS car and the worst customer service I have ever received. I am a single mom, teacher and normally a person who lets things go. Just in sharing my experience with some close friends, 3 other people that are directly in my circle were also women and who got taken advantage of by Rich Ford.I highly suggest you look at another company for the purchase of your vehicles. Rich ford is criminal. They not only sell cars that DON’T WORK, but they give false information. I take partial ownership, I should have done more research, I just really needed a car for my family and I trusted the wrong person/company. I would give zero stars if I could.***also Dan Roybal continually took his mask off during every test drive and other points of our encounter. At least he was consistent in his lack of caring about people***

Took my truck in for service that was covered under warranty. When I got my truck back it had an airbag light on. When I took it back for them to look at it they charged me to look at it and wanted to charge me for a whole new airbag. Something that was never an issue until I took it to them. I took a look under the seat and noticed it was simply unplugged. This is not the way you do business guys. Not saying that they unplugged the airbag intentionally but that they didnt even look to why the light was on. They just wanted to charge me for something that wasnt even the issue.

It was a pleasant car buying experience - no pressure - no hidden costs and the salesman Jeff was very easy to work with. We had to work with different models and equipment trim packages to get where we wanted to be price wise, but we were able to get there and we are happy with our purchase. We got a fair price for our trade and a significant discount on the Ford Ranger which they didnt need to do because they are sell as fast as they, (any dealer), can get them in. All in all a very good experience.I would highly recommend Rich Ford in Albuquerque

Jeff Trujillo is an amazing sales person and Rich Ford made it extremely easy to to do business. There were no games and no pressure, I left after a couple of hours with the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. I had problems w my back up camera and the problem was diagnosed and fixed perfectly. John was my service agent and we had the oil changed and tires rotated. He communicated w me all the way and suggested services I needed and I was happy to have them done. With this COVID madness I appreciate these people keeping our cars safe. The entire experience was quick, easy and painless. Frankie, my sales rep was new to Rich Ford, but was very friendly and knowledgeable. If she did not know the answer to a question she would ask another sales associate and get back to me. I was already pre-qualified and had looked at their inventory online, so the entire process only took about 2 hours. We also ate at the Mustang Cafe and it was amazing. Great experience all around.

Scheduled an appointment, they were ready for me and greeted me as I drove in because they knew what I would be driving. Very clean and sanitary. Justin B. did a great job getting us a beautiful F-150 Platinum edition for a fair price. I absolutely love my truck and I am very satisfied with their service and help. Financing went smooth with Allan Quezada, made it very simple and understandable. We used our Costco membership discount, which was a big help. I have zero negative comments regarding this dealership and hopefully we will be back for a second truck soon.

This was send on the 30 of September. I send the work orders , just more than one which as you can see we’re not in the system. This work was done at ford by ford techs with ford parts. It has been rectified by ford twice when they said it was go to go. Now I understand that rich ford General manger that is also the owner. Is that why I was denied my claim, I also know the service writers don’t get any commission on warranty work but only new work. My question is that you don’t want to correct a fuel system I paid for from ford but want to charge me another 10k or call my insurance to cover it.

It started out as good experience, getting new Platinum F250. Great truck.Then 2 weeks after delivery I noticed that the the passenger rear window was damaged while it was etched for the aftermarket market security that they said they put on all vehicles. Returned to Sales, they took Pics and said they would fix it. That was a month ago . Now no one returns my calls or will acknowledge me. Called service they said they dont warranty glass. Guess they just screw it up not fix it.So Now I am at Ford Customer Support and i have to go back to service for a warranty claim. More BS for something they did.

Team is always polite when i visit. Wait times can be a drag; try going as early as possible.When I went in at 1200 for a oil change; took about 3 hours (very busy location) Brought it in at 0800 and it took about a hourEnsure you read EVERY charge/detail and make sure you arent missing anything. I paid for a full set of tires and requested warranty but it wasnt included apparently. Had to pay out of pocket for a tire replacement; took almost 4 hours which costed a pretty penny. Ironically it wasnt even the same tire (Wanted a Kelly tire since I already had 3 on which I purchased originally from there and was given a Continental instead - my OCD cant handle it!)

Worst experience at a dealership ever. Brought my 2017 Ford Escape in on the morning of Monday 11/23/2020 at around 11am because the temperature sensor was out. Waited ridiculously long in my car for anyone to get around to getting paperwork or talk to be about the problem. I informed them the temperature sensor was out since my temp read -40 degrees and the engine light was on. They didnt have to diagnose or figure out what was wrong, I already told them. Tony asked about my check engine light being on. I already informed him that its on BECAUSE the sensor is out. The sensor is in the engine, my car wont give me any information why the engine light is on. When doing a 2 second google search it says the car engine light will be on without a message and its just because the sensor is open or bad or whatever. Tony informed me, to what I UNDERSTOOD, that the sensor if not covered by any warranties would be 89.99. That was the only price ever spoken about and I wasnt happy hearing Id be charged at all since I had warranties and such.(I will note, I didnt realize the damage to the sensor was from damage on my front bumper by stray wood someone dropped on the interstate a WEEK before I brought it in. The sensor didnt have any issues for 5 days. I now know that it now wouldnt be covered by the warranty, but STILL.)Not once did he say or made sure I understood there was a DIAGNOSTIC FEE. My dad who works with the dealerships called and was told be about the fee of 107$. Im absolutely livid, if I was told that I would be charged to just look at my vehicle when I already knew and told them the problem I wouldve never come to Rich Ford. I already knew the issue, I told them it was the temperature sensor. They never used the word Diagnostic or made sure I understood that they would charge me money just for bringing my car in. On top of that they took ridiculously long, no communication, kept my car overnight without giving me any heads up and now its been more than 26 hours and I still dont have my car. Estimated repairs is 628.35$. Im in tears, the sensor and wire costs 35$ total. I bought it myself and will find a more customer oriented mechanic to go to. Never again, Im super disappointed but then again everyone was right. Ive been told by family and friends never go to Rich ford Service because they are the worst. Its living up to its reputation.Absolutely make sure every customer understands the charges that they will have to pay. Use the correct language and if somehow that 89.99 was what he thought I understood as the diagnostic fee, then he needs to put the full total and MAKE SURE. I already saw one review where the charge was 107$ for a diagnostic fee so it doesnt seem to change. I feel super blindsided, I specifically remember he said the charge was about the sensor. I wouldve never AGREED to a charge to just look at my car when I already knew the problem and just wanted it fixed.Thanks for listening, I wouldnt waste your time here. Go to somewhere like Shelbys in Tijeras or literally anywhere else to get your car looked at and fixed. Super disappointed.Edit: After getting my car back after 26 hours I find out they didnt do the actual repairs I wanted. To clarify, I went in on Monday to get the sensor fixed AND to patch my back left tire. I informed Tony, I showed him the tire, he wrote it down and said no problem only not to actually do it. Once again, this is a common experience I have had, the service department did not finish the job. They didnt even touch my tire or patch it. I really needed that done since I have a screw in it, no one was very helpful when I asked about it either. I have has this happen multiple times, even when I bought my car in september they didnt fully detail it and gave me a car with a dirty unclean engine and whenever I would bring it in they would never fully finish what I asked for. Thought Id share that incase someone else has related to this. Again, disappointed. Though it was nice of them to reach out to me. Hope to be in contact.

My experience at the Ford dealer in Edgewood, NM was pretty awesome. I appreciated all they did for me to be able to leave in a brand new Ford Explorer Platinum. CJ my salesman also made sure the car was very clean, filled with gas and explained all the gadgets in the car. The manager John was friendly and also very helpful. Chris the finance guy was quick and didn’t try to be pushy to sell me stuff I didn’t want. Doug the aftermarket guy was very helpful in taking care of the things I wanted for my new ride and very friendly. My experience with this dealership was pleasurable and I didn’t leave with a headache as I have with another. I would recommend this dealership to anyone/everyone.

This was my second time buying from them so I’d think they show some customer appreciation but I was wrong. Great sales members but communication is where they seem to be lost. I have called so many times to get through to my finance person/ sales rep and no response back. If I didn’t keep calling I would never get through to them. I waited in the lobby one time to only hear numerous customers speak to the manager about how bad the place was ran and they felt ripped off. I’m hoping new managers come in soon or just a better improvement of the place happens.

Went in prequalified and budgeted $150/mo payment for a used car that was listed online, which offered a $1,000 discount. Manager refused to honor the online discount which left the payment at unbudgeted $204. I made allegations to the manager, accusing them of false advertising, fraud, and misrepresentation of a material fact. I walked out, and 2 hours later salesman contacted me to offer $1,000 discount that was previously not given according to website. This discount increased the payment to $241 per month?Ive been a practicing accountant for over 35 years, in addition to practicing as a paralegal for a law firm. They have some creative accounting principles, which increases the balance when a credit is given. This constitutes fraud and qualifies for a civil lawsuit.Stay tuned...Stay clear from these hurting salesmen due to COVID 19

Rich ford has 1 more shot to get this right...... we will know how the service manager handles this tomorrow and if he continues to lie to me.Rich ford service contacted me and told me the master brake cylinder on my 2014 F-150 Ecoboost needed to be replaced for a safety recall. After going back and forth and finally agreeing to have it done, despite never ever having any issues with my brakes for the 85k mi that I have owned it. So I take it on on a Friday because that’s what I was asked to do, and they don’t have the parts. So very cool and willing, they said they would come pick it up from my work and have it back to me before I got off work once they got parts in. (Loved this effort because I am currently a nurse, working 60+ hours a week helping with COVID 19).They picked the truck up at 11:00, had it back to me by 2:30ish, and when I got it, the truck wouldn’t stop. It took all my effort, pedal went to the floorboard and a grinding noise started. I made them take the truck back, and the gentleman who dropped the truck off heard the grinding noise and was even afraid to drive it back and told me, before walking back into the hospital, that he may need to get it towed back to rich ford. About 30 minutes later I receive a phone call from the service manager telling me there is nothing wrong with my vehicle and that all F-150’s brake systems go to the floor and that my truck is fine.Furious at this point, I tell him that there is no way I’m getting back in that truck and expecting it to stop. I told him about his own employee being afraid to drive it back to the dealership and the service manager (their manager/supposed leader) repeatedly told me his employee heard it once and it was a rock in the back brakes and that my truck was fine and they wanted to bring it back to me.I told him absolutely not, I don’t trust putting my family in that truck, it wouldn’t stop, and I can’t even get it to brake when I need it to. He told me he would keep it overnight and do a thorough inspection but that nothing was wrong and he would be returning it tomorrow morning after his inspection and that he was going to personally drive it the next day.So this tells me he yelled, screamed, made me and his employee out to be a liar about how bad the brakes felt after their warranty work, and didn’t even get in the truck and drive it himself. I hope they realize their is actually something wrong and hopefully it is something simple (air in brake lines that need to be bleed), and what I really Hope is that they can fix the truck and call me and say “I’m really sorry, you were right and I was wrong and we did xyz to fix it.” I would happily change this review to a higher star but so far guys, rich ford has made me out to be a monster who doesn’t know how to drive a vehicle and know how to use a brake pedal, obviously all F-150 brake pedals touch the floor board to make them stop because that’s what the service manager told me his 2011, 2014, 2017 and his 2019 F-150’s do.EDIT: Rich ford redid the entire job this morning and when they delivered the truck it brakes beautifully. What they did well was they went the extra mile to work with the busy schedule during this pandemic. They did get it right but it took up a good fight and a yelling match over the phone with Jerome who is the head service manager. Now Lucas, the assistant service manager, is top notch and stand up. He listens, he understands concerns and although hesitant to even take the truck back this morning, he guaranteed if I was not happy with the work to send it back again. If you have to have any service completed at rich ford, only talk with Lucas and throw Jerome a middle finger. Jerome has no consideration for the safety of anyone and is obviously ok with sub par work and still will say anything to take a vehicle back. Absolutely unacceptable. Thank god for Lucas who is there to pick up his messes and ensure the safety of those driving ford vehicles.

Salesperson Justin was great. Very knowledgeable about the specific F150 I wanted, good communication over the phone. Rich Ford gave me the best price on the truck, beating the other dealers. Finance department was not pushy about the extended warranties,which I appreciated. The sales experience was actually enjoyable, the first time I have ever had a positive experience with a car dealer. Took all of about 35 minutes before I was in my new truck. Definitely recommend.

2018 vehicle with 18K miles needed a new engine! It was replaced under warranty and I was provided a rental. They handled that part well.However, the communication from the service department was unreasonably poor including unreturned inquiries about the status of my car, and they changed the date it would be ready FIVE TIMES. Very disappointed with the service. I understand that parts might be hard to get during a pandemic, but there is no excuse for poor communication of this magnitude. An explanation of the delays would have helped - instead I received text messages that only changed the date it would be ready. I finally picked it up 2 weeks after promised, and had to bring it back the following week for follow up work (they replaced the battery).

They were very nice and quick with the service of the recall air bag.But afterwards my dash shows a door is ajarred & the dome light wont go out. Ive tried to use WD 40 with no good results,.They still dont go off!Nothing was wrong with my truck before I had it worked on.

Terible,they have had the car almost 2 weeks,oil light and engine light go on and they dont know why.Brought the car in a couple of weeks ago for that problem,they charged me $135 for a new filter and one quart of synthect oil,well that didnt work,so here we are 2 weeks later and still nothing.Maybe they should bring it down to Albuququre and maybe one of their mechanics can fix it.It would be nice if they let me have a loaner car,my wife cant drive my truck it is 5 speed standard.The service doesnt get any stars.

The purchase of our used 2018 Ford Explorer was very easy. Kevin, the salesperson was very thorough in his explanations of the vehicle & the buying process. We told him where we wanted to be on the price, & he very quickly got it for us. The paperwork went quickly (we were paying cash), & we were out the door with our new car.The only drawback was they didnt seem to have a very large selection of used Ford Explorers. We really wanted a red one, but settled for a dark gray.

Cons: They sold me the Karr Security system and it was not what I expected after using the app. I am waiting to hear back too see if I can return it. At the dealership they showed me how they can lock the vehicles steering and transmission to prevent the cars from being stolen. I though the Karr security system I purchased would be like this but it is not. If I can return the Karr security system I will give 5 stars as this is the only problem I have.Pros: the staff members I talked to are great. Justin Bowling and Allan Quezada are great people who helped me a lot during my purchase. Allan, the Finance Manager, was specially helpful as he covered every aspect of the car purchase.

Very dissatisfied. After 2 weeks and several phones calls to try and get a second key I decied to come in personally. Upon arrival my sales man tells me I need to surrender my new truck that they are un able to uphold the deal. Again Ive had this truck two weeks . Ive already cancelled my trade insurance insured this vehicle. They advise me to remove my items and they will return my trade. Then the salesman disappears. Somebody else brings my trade around . I brought up that my tailgate latch housing is missing I want to speak to a manager or my salesman.they say he in a meeting. Tells me remove my items then treated me like I dont exist. My complaint on my missing latch was dis missed. Once they got the keys I was treated like a stray dog. Not even a courtousy call back to apologize for anything. Good luck on your next purchase. Never experienced anything like it.

The service Department is a rip off. I purchased an Extended warranty when I purchased my Vehicle. The service department could not work within those parameters. They tried to charge me an additional $330 on top of the $400 + they were charging warranty company. Don Chalmers was able to repair the vehicle within the warrant parameters. No out of pocket charges. This place is stealing people’s money.

I wish that this had a negative star rating because this dealership deserves it! It all started out with a flat tire. I had just bought two new tires that were placed in the rear and one of the flats was a new tire. I was lucky to get the flat in a residential area and one of the residence had come out to help me. We tried to remove the flat tire and noticed that the lug nuts were stripped and we couldnt take the flat tire off to put on the spare tire. So the Good Samaritan tried to patch up the tire as best as he could enough for me to try to make it home. So I chanced it home while the air was coming out. Didnt make it home walked the rest of the way. The next day I called the dealership and let them know what had happened and that my car they had worked on the lug nuts were stripped. They agreed to pay the lug nuts and Towing after after a huge stand off with Jerome Trujillo Sevice Manager!! Dealership refused to pay for the flat tire. I would have been more than happy to pay for the tire but I believe that my tire would have been salvageable if I was able to put my spare tire on. During the stand off, Jerome Trujillo ends up just cutting me off and I actually thought that he hung up but he had gave the phone back to the floor representative to handle talking to me. Keep in mind that I had asked Mr. Trujillo if there was anybody else I could talk to thats above him and he said the service director was off today and he is not going to call anybody that is off. I told him that this may not be his life but I got things to do that is important to me. Well I had got nowhere with this guy he basically said that I wait till Monday which today is Saturday or pay for the tire. I called in to work today and probably will have to call into work tomorrow and maybe even Monday all because of a less than $100 Tire. Ford dealership you have greatly disappointed me and I felt disrespected and mistreated as a customer. I also tried to get ahold of Della Anderson who is the general manager of the dealership. Have not got a response yet. I was going to buy another Ford vehicle but now I am seriously thinking of reconsidering so I do not have to go through this hassle and mistreatment.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS! They flat out told me that Ford recommend transmission fluid changes at 30k miles so I agreed to do it. When I got my truck back I looked in the manual and it said every 60K miles. They will lie to sell you services you do not need. I do not haul much and am not operating in severe conditions.

Disappointed in this dealership. Im a traveling nurse on my way to my next assignment and was told to bring the truck in as long as Im ok with it being there at least 24 hours. I agreed thinking that meant 2 business days for repairs. We dropped it off around 8 on Thursday. He assured my husband they would try to push us through. By the end of the day they called back and had a whole list of issues they wanted to fix. We told them to just fix what was broke. He was supposed to call back with the new quote but didnt get around to it... This made is both upset, the lack of communication. The next day he called and we agreed on what was to get fixed. Again he said he would try to have it ready by the end of the day. Well around 1 I called asking about it and told him if it couldnt get done then Im going to need my truck back because Im on a timeline. It was at that time he said he didnt think they would be able to get to the repairs. I felt like we were given the run around. If there was a little more honesty about timeline that would of saved me time and money because I ended up staying here 3 nights waiting for my truck to get fixed when it wasnt even being worked on. The only thing they got done was the oil change but it wasnt until the end of day 2 that I got it back. On the paperwork he put down I refused the repairs which I feel like its their way to get them out of the fact that they never fixed anything. I didnt refuse all I said was please get done what you can (day 2) because I need my truck back. I decided to give them 3 stars still because the shuttle driver was very friendly and the staff was polite. They also have me a discount for being a healthcare provider. I think they must be told to not tell the truth about when your car will be ready.Update* we got on the road today to leave, towing our 5th wheel with our two children. We couldnt get over 30 mph. Had to quickly find a place to pull over to see what was wrong. We were shocked to find the air filter was caked with dirt. I cant believe they didnt change it out. They could of killed us. I cant believe the tech put that dirty piece of trash back in my truck. Unbelievable. What a huge inconvenience. I would never take my truck here. I downgraded my rating to 1 star since they put my familys lives in danger. Look at picture of the filthy air filter vs a clean one we bought ourselves.

Are You Looking for the Worst Costumer Service in All Of New Mexico ?? Then come to Rich Ford!The way they treated me was absolutely ridiculous. Extremely Rude, extremely unprofessional. I’ll make sure to pass the word so people can stay away from this dealership.The salesman FRANK and Manager BART made sure that my experience was the worst. I call ahead to ask if they were allowing a SOLO test drive (due to Coronavirus) and they said Yes! When I arrived at the dealership, they say they wouldn’t allowed me to drive the car and even locked it so I wouldn’t even look at the car while it was off. The manager BART will make you feel unwanted and just push you until you buy the car or just make you leave the store.I literally call because I wanted a SOLO test drive (due to Covid-19) and they say Yes! When I arrived to the dealership, they said I couldn’t drive the car, and they even locked it so I wouldn’t even see the interior while the car was off! No surprise, thats why companies like CARMAX are doing so much better! Just bought a 2020 Ford Ecosport. Love the car! While at times the negotiations werent fun (primarily in Abq) I instead drove to Edgwood. Working with the Edgewood staff, sales rep Ryan Franklin, Manager John, and Chris in Finance made it much more pleasant. I highly recommend you take the drive to the Edgewood for a much more personal experience than the Albuquerque location. Ryan really knows his stuff and is great to work with. I liked the car before going but he showed me things I wasnt aware of that made me want it even more. With the help of John & Chris we then worked thru issues that Abq didnt bother with. We are over 2000 miles from home and needed our truck serviced. Pulling a large 5th wheel trailer, one of the turbo hoses blew. did a quick fix on the side of the road to enable us to get to a dealer, that being Rich Ford. It was after 1:00 P.M. and they took us in with hopes of getting it fixed that afternoon or the next day. By 5:00 P.M. it was finished and ready for pick up. The part and labor were covered under warranty. Couldnt ask for better service, thank you to Travis our service rep, the tech who worked on it, the young lady at the cashiers desk and the young man who brought the truck out for me, who in the these crazy times, wiped the key and steering wheel down with disinfectant. Great service.
