Great customer service. I came in just to check out the bikes and I walked out with a hat. I was acknowledged, unlike at Harley in Santa Fe. I had a good long talk with one of the sales guys. An older gentleman, friendly guy. I later on went to check out a bike at the Santa Fe BMW motorcycle dealer and the manager didn’t even get off of his seat. Great customer service is hard to come by. I’ll stop by one of this days to check out the bikes and perhaps buy a shirt. I ride Honda but I still like checking out the bikes. Keep up the great work.

All I got to say is awesome!!!I broke down on the interstate on a trip from Georgia to the grand canyon, they came out and got me off the side of the road, and took me back to there shop, it was already closed, so we just off loaded, but here is where they went above and beyond, Lucas took us to a motel and waited to make sure we got a room and food, then he came back before they open and took us back, they had it fixed and up and going within the hour, and back on the road, I love my indian and with dealerships like this , I just couldnt want more!!!

Im a Honda Shadow owner, slated to someday get an Indian... While I dream about that, this place has actually serviced my Honda (despite having to bring in parts, of course) and always been professional, thorough and honest. I plan to come back for more work on my current bike here, even though I now live farther away! And someday... I will come buy one of theirs.

I had an electrical issue on my Dallas - Grand Canyon trip. Called the service department and they helped me solve the issue in super fast time. I rode 400 miles to get to them and the customer experience was fantastic. The technician was very helpful in letting me understand what caused the issue and making sure it didn’t happen again. Kudos for excellent customer service. I was on my way back in no time !! I wish every dealership was like this.

The staff was absolutely incredible. They were happy to answer all our questions including.... is Harley related to Indian and without being rude or condescending. I picked up two brand new Albuquerque Indian shirts that just came in today and one of the actual motorcycles pictured on the back is in their show room. A+ service great team!

People were great. LAid back and let me just browse but I knew they were there if I needed them. The only reason that I didnt give them a 5 star is simply because their selection of motorcycles is pretty small. I get it though. Thebuilding is only so big so it can only fit so many bikes.

We purchased 2 bikes a year ago. Randy was our salesman and basically spent the entire day with us as we decided, traded in, completed paperwork, etc. He even stayed late to make sure everything was completed. We have continued to go back to the store to visit and are always greeted by the staff with a smile. Today we arrived late for a t-shirt swap and Sherry literally gave us the shirt off her back because there were none left in my husbands size. I can go on and on about the positive experiences we have had here. Everyone is personable and genuine. Ive never felt rushed or as if they did not have time for us. What a great group of people!

If your going to host a bike run at least have some parking spaces open for non riders. We wanted to shop before we left town and too many bikes everywhere. Bikers need to be courteous and think about the non riders too. Just my thought. We drove in, drove out and headed to the Harley davidson store.

Great experience these guys really care about their customers. They didn’t treat us like the next person or like they did at Harley. We got to know I think almost everyone in the store. I never felt so understood and appreciated buying anything. We met with The Genteral Manager Denise, Sales Manager Andrew and the finance manager Chris who’s nickname is Porckchop. They are awesome. Just ask for anyone of them. Thanks guys so happy

I just bought a Scout 60 from Indian, and the people were the most patient, understanding and lovely workers I have ever dealt with. Randy sat with me and made sure that I was ready to drive the bike off the lot, even though he was already off and could go home. Denise worked as hard as she could to get me maximized on my financing. I am a customer for life. Plus, my wife and I brought in our dog, and everyone fawned over her and treated her like the shop dog. Thats a big plus in my book. Ive looked at the other reviews here and I think that maybe the times those who gave low scores went in, the people there were having a bad day. I have never had a bad experience. Please, give them your business. They will do everything to help you feel good and as a part of the Indian Motorcycle community.

Run by the book and zero tolerance for dealing or pleasing customers. Like dealing with robots. Instead of making good will to fellow Indian buyers.........READ........fellow Indian buyers, the store promptly ended its t-shirt exchange which was to run to the end of March early as it hit the 100 t-shirt mark around the 17th of March. You get the feeling that you are very privileged to walk into the doors here with the co-owners that are haughty and slightly condescending. Neither were bike riders prior and to them its just a bottom line business and once you get your part or answer from service, or pay your bill..............its time you better get moving out the door. You will see................

Nice place. Good staff. Eager to let me take a big chief out for a test ride. Its a smooth, powerful bike. I had to spend thousands on my Harley bagger to get it to run as strong as this bike does right off the showroom floor. Im not ready to trade my Harleys for an Indian yet but they are a great bike. The main reason I go there is Gumby. One of the best mechanincs around and by far the best tuner in town!! And they work on Harleys too guys!! (Rider since 1985)

Some of the sales persons werent so friendly. They had water leaking from the ceiling. I told a salesman about and he said oh yeah and continued standing around. Another sales person walked thru the leak and told the guy I told about it, and that guy finally gets a mop bucket, cleans it up and put out a wet floor sign. I couldve slipped on it.
