Theres a reason Bobby Js has been around so long. Ive been going to them for service and parts since 2007. They are always honest and their service department is awesome! Chad has to be one of the best mechanics Ive ever met. I mostly deal with the service guys and parts counter but have never been disappointed. We will continue to go to Bobby Js as long as were in to motorsports.

Hunter did an excellent job showing up our new UTV, explaining all the options and extras available. Explained all the pricing options and warranty information. Bryan showed me exactly how to tie down the UTV when I brought in the trailer, and gave me extra tie cords. Hunter loaded the UTV on my trailer, tied it down, and gave advice on towing. I am more than pleased with the help I received from both Hunter and Bryan, and look forward to meeting them again.

Really bad... I order at part for my motorcycle and they tall me in ten days I will get my part. I whens after 10 days and they tall me three more days and they for sure they will have my part. Aster three days I asked again and they tall me next week for sure... sooo this week I ask again and they dont getting but I ask if they have tracking number or something to know when... and thay talk me again for next week because this week is almost over no good service for me is my opinion

I met Nico a couple of months earlier when I was out shopping and comparing UTVs. This guy was so patent with me answering every question I had, showing me all the units in stock, he knew I was just shopping around, I made I very clear, yet he did not write me off. Once I decided on the Wolverine I knew that I wanted Nico to be my salesman. Again this guy was so patent and cool, my hyper granddaughter was with me that day and she never made him flinch as she completely cover his desk with post-it scribbles and asking him a hundred questions. Update: Ever since Frank purchased the Grizzly it’s been a fight over who gets to ride it. I have to say it was me. So yesterday Frank traded in his 450 Kodiak for a 700 Kodiak for me. Again, Keith and Hunter were extremely nice and professional and did everything they could to get us the best possible price for our trade in and purchase! I contacted Keith by email initially to ask questions about the SxS and he responded quickly and professionally. He got the ZFORCE 800 assembled so I could come try it out the next day and then offered to get the 500 assembled in case I really wanted to try out both of them. After talking with Keith, Bryan L. and Nico, I was pretty confident of my decision to get the 800 EX. These guys know what they are talking about and dont pressure you into anything. The longest part of the process was me making a decision! Keith had the paperwork done in no time (I wish auto dealers were anything at all like this) and had me finished up. I feel more like a friend in the sport and less like another customer than any of the places I was looking at for my SxS purchase. I will definitely go back.

First off they are super busy and I showed up about 45 min before close, I needed my front tire fixed but they told me it wouldnt get done till the next day, unfortunately i needed it the same day and they really stepped up and got my tire done before close. Very happy with the service guys.

2007 Vmax that got some carb work done and a valve adjust. Great work by the techs, awesome service adviser and parts folks. Bike runs fantastic. Will see you folks at the end of the riding season for more work.

Bobby J’s mechanics really know what they are doing! I took my 08 midnight warrior to Moto Authority and basically got a $200 oil change with no problem solved, it took them all day into the evening, and they BS-ed me on what they “think” the problem was.I still paid for a oil change that I didn’t need, and paid for a diagnosis they never diagnosed. I took her to Bobby J’S Yamaha (which I should have done in the first place) and the mechanic walked up to it and said “I think I know what that is!”.My bike went off to their garage and the mechanic diagnosed it literally in 5 minutes and literally had it fixed in 10 minutes. Bobby J’s was nice enough to only charge me for the standard diagnosis and not the labor. I was so happy with the restored power and no noise and their expert knowledge of their craft, their honesty and fairness!Thank you guys so much!

First time customer/visit and was overjoyed. Brought in an older dirt bike with a small carburetor issue. The service man was knowledgeable and attentive. Within an hour of dropping the bike off I got a call that a small beveled o-ring was installed upside down and a F/A screw was in too tight. Small mistakes that were professionally caught and adjusted. Now the old bike starts in less than 3 kicks every time in 40 degree weather. The price was not cheap but by no means expensive. You get what you pay for and these folks handle themselves very professionally. So glad I brought her here than to a hole in the wall shop.

My husband and I were shopping around a couple months back for this Yamaha SR400 that he wanted. It was a choice between buying from this store or the other one near them (not gonna drop the name). They definitely have a HUGE GAP in the customer service provided. NICO knew we were looking for a good deal and they never made us feel bad for negotiating. He was honest with what they can offer and when he said he will follow up, he did it on time and had what my husband was specifically looking for! Even though youre shopping around they will help you out and not make you feel ignored because youre not a sure sale. No hassle with buying too, he explained things clearly and did not add on anything that was unnecessary. Anyway, we had no regrets buying from this store and even after the sale they are on top of paperwork and all that. No need to buy from other stores (unless they dont have it), you will be taken cared of here.

Not my first time to shop at Bobby Js. Every experience has provided me with excellent service. This time I was having electrical problems and had to have my bike towed to the shop. I realize that electrical problems give shop owners the opportunity to find non existing problems and charge for replacing and repairing non existing issues. Randy at the shop, as always was courteous and professional and within the time frame described from the beginning called and advised me that the problem was the battery. Battery was replaced with minimal shop time and bike is rolling again. Thanks guys for a job well done.

Chad designed his own solution to the height problem I had with my 701. He lowered my bike 2 and appropriately shortened the side stand. This is a big deal. On my 501 I have a much stronger than stock Enduro Engineering side stand that I paid a lot of money for but is a bit too long which causes the bike to tip over easily. By comparison my lowered 701 is rock solid. Chad definitely deserves 5 stars for the lowering design and the side stand.

Best shop in town . When in to check how much they approve me for a new bike and I came out that same day with a good new bike for a good low price and working perfectly. There costumer service was that best in all Albuquerque I really recommended checking it out and if u do go talk to that best Hunter Lang he will give u that best costumer service and great prices for your new or used bike.
