Havent seen such a worse service center in my life. No sanitization, no ac, no ventilation, poor staffing, no greetings, no response and keep on waiting. Plz dont go to service service situates at chinubhai towers

Worst company. Dont take the phone even if its free of cost. No after sales services. There service center are also mobile and keeps changing location every month. I have been to 4 location in last 4 months. Finally i surrender my non working mobile in there e waste disposal box.

First thing you notice about this service centre is theres no system here. No one is there to guide to customer & they will call you as per their convenience.Second thing to notice is that customer service representative are incompetent. They tend their mentality that how to reject Customers claim without inspection. They dont even bother to prepare service sheet until you fight for that.Sheer disappointed with the service centre of such a reputed brand. Would appreciate if they can learn something about Customer satisfaction from OPPO brand.

If authorised service centre excuetive are like this than I prefer one should not buy any products of that company because when any problem occurs with device and u go to service center they say we cant repair it . They provided very good service. The staff was very helping and willing to solve our problem. I was not getting the location and it was closing time , then also they waited for me and solved my problem. I would definitely recommend Lenovo and Motorola users to visit this place for their problems

They solve the prob within 2 hrs . So no need to worry about time. Also the center has a good place to sit and watch TV up till the mobile gets repaired

Best service. Their staff is very cooperative and friendly. Nice management. But i disappointed with time when i last time visited. It took about 2 hour for just only software update.

Call and findout abt d timings.Easy to find and fast and gud service.

Takes a good amount of time because they do primary inspection on the spot so go with keeping some time in spare.The only drawback is that they do not provide the actual reason of fault and blame it on software. Otherwise, the staff is well mannered.

Worst service centre with third class service.Went there for speaker issue and their engineers are so inexperienced and arrogant to talk with customers and assemble the device as they didnt even fitted the display properly even after reassembling 3-4 times with providing only one jobsheet for this many repair.

Bit if difficult to find. Ambience was OK.

Staff is cooperative.On Saturday and Sunday , you may not get service,you have to wait for service as queue is pretty long.seating arrangement for customers is good.

Service centre is useful only if your phone is under warranty. But useless if your phone is out of warranty. They always recommend to change motherboard even if small issues like charging or memory card slot. Changing motherboard will cost you as good as new phone.

They took only 15min to resolve the error.. cooperative & wellbehwell-staff... Skilled software Engineers...

We had an American model of moto z play with screen broken . This was repaired within 1 hour. Wonderful experience, in fact we are moto family almost all members use one or other model of Motorola and we are happy with service and quality of phones also.

Changes required for waiting system as like token system. And also the technical person was confusing while checking the device or not clear with reason that actually what is the problem.

Worst staff..Wear having tea and snacks at 10:35 a.m. when I visited .. When I went there for ny motorola service , Their system for Motorola wasnt working. My cell phone was in warranty still I had to go another service center and had to take paid service. Now I wanted to know about the system so I called them but the number is incorrect. Its ridiculous.

Still once you should consult there specially in case of new mobiles.!!!....

One of the worst service centre I have ever seen. Even they dont understand the meaning of Service and calling themselves Service centre. They dont have basic manner to talk with customers and knowledge of mobile engineering.

This is just customer care but not caring their customer.

Its situated in some 19th century old building where you will have problem in locating it. Their token system doesnt really work. You will have to wait for hours just to hand over your phone for repairing.

Pathetic.. delay in service.. they dont listen without a token.. had to wait 2 hours.. then they said cant do this.. at least listen to do problem first..sucks..EDIT: It is better now.. they pickup calls and respond to the problem nicely

They just want to make money even your mobile is in warranty in my mobile their is a simcard card slot loose connection issue I showed the mobile to a local mobile service center he said it will take 10 minute to repair and charges will be ₹ 150.But hence the mobile is in warranty I showed the mobile to Motorola service center at ashram road , they said I have to leave the mobile for 1 day but after 1 weak they called me and said their is a major issue and they have to change the whole slot and this happened due to your miss handling which dosent comes under warranty so I have to pay ₹ 900 .They are complete cheaters beware of them and dont let your mobile with them.

They are just take one and half hours for finding problem in phone and says wait for 10-15 minutes
