I absolutely love the people there, they are genuine and compassionate about what they do. And the ladies in the Resource Program are so friendly, quick and efficient!!!

The medical center itself was wonderful. One couldn’t ask for better and quicker service. When it comes to their billing department this, “Lady named Jo,” and I use that term lightly needs to be replaced!! She shouldn’t be answering the phones for any company. First she says “HELLO” very nasty instead of saying HELLO and stating her agency’s name she just says hello and nothing else. Secondly, when you ask if you’ve reached Hendricks Medical billing department, she lets out this long breath as if to say... what do you think you’ve reached!! Third, when asking questions, you should never ever let your customers hear frustration in your voice like I’m so tired of answering these questions. She either needs to be trained on how to answer phones or totally replaced. I say replace this woman for someone who deserves the JOB of dealing with the public. She was just totally nasty and this isn’t my first unpleasant talk with this lady. Maybe I should have complained the first time because I see she’s not gotten any better. SAD and SHAMEFUL that this company keeps someone on hand that doesn’t appreciate the job.

I wouldnt let my family come here if they were already dead. People cant chart properly nor are they letting family visit. Bathrooms are filthy. Its a horrible place staff is rude. Night nurse has been totally rude with my daughter on the mother unit. She talks to my daughter like she is a total idiot.

While there with my mom who had been there for over 5 hours waiting, I went out to my car and when I came back inside and attempted to enter back through the locked double doors to the triage center, the lady behind the counter was extremely rude and refused to open the door for me. She told me that I could sit down and shed be with me in a minute with a really rude, condescending tone like I was inconveniencing her to push a button to open the door. An administrative lady told me to just go around and when I did, the rude lady chased me down and said I couldnt do that even though I had already been back there and my mom was back in a room. I walked into the room and was immediately followed by nurses and shortly after, security. The rude lady lied and said that I never told her the name of the patient I was trying to see. They told me I had to leave and escorted me out of the hospital and said I would be arrested for trespassing if I returned. The worst experience Ive ever had at a hospital or any company for that matter. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Theyre rude and dont care about the patients. They only want your money and thats it.

Top notch nursing staff thats very professional and attentive. Plus the hospital went way out of their way to come up with a plan that I could afford to pay.

So very costly and does not put price online. Must contact them to receive a estimated prices. Charged 4,000 after insurance to read. Blood work.

I had an exray the other day. i went in the wrong way and had to walk around to get where i needed to go. while doing so I came upon an outdoor fountain with no steps to get in but there were 3 muslems bathing and playing in it. im sure it had change in it before but saw no change. it was very unsanitary to see them wearing abayas and bathing in a public fountain. i hope you can fix this as i felt sick to my stomach when i saw it.

As far as Im concerned this is the only hospital in town! Thank you Hendricks love you guys.
