We went in to purchase some hiking boots. The shop was marked out with arrows for social distancing and hand sanitizer was readily available. We were seen very quickly and managed to find appropriate boots. We had to leave contact details as we were in close contact with a member of staff whilst trying on boots. All in all a successful and safe trip to the store.

Lovely shop but the staff are super duper helpful and knowledgeable!!! When buying shoes dont bother choosing yourself, just let do it. They really do know what their talking about. Plus stay to learn how to tie your boots correctly. Also if you have troubles and dont want to go into store, they always pick up the phone!!!

Great outdoor store. They have Icebreaker brand Merino wool clothing. Nice selection of backpacks and bags. Even saw a couple bags fit for offshore use.Knowledgeable staff who can help you with your selection.

A bit expensive but they have quality products and the staff is very helpful. Is a store for outdoor enthusiasts whit a bit more money to invest in quality. Lots of camping, hiking products. Tents are at a good price. Clothing for outdoor activities are numerous for both men and women.

Great outdoor supplies love Cotswold shops! Got a few Christmas gifts. Nice big shop with plenty room to move around. Huge range of brands to suit different budgets. Only annoying thing was that I bought a new hat for my other halfs Christmas and the cashier left the security tag on . As we stay 50+ miles away its not easy to pop back to remove it so a huge inconvenience.

Good place for outdoor gear or chavy north face gear for the kids

Had a pair of boots that started to let water in so went in to get it sorted out. Member of staff was very helpful and knew a lot of detail about how to properly fit boots and how it all works. Got the faulty pair returned and got a new pair ordered to replace them and learned a few new things about boots too. Highly recommended!

Good store for buying hiking and mountaineering equipment. Staff was very helpful, especially Callum who knew his stuff and details about different shoes on display and what to recommend for easy hikes or 7 summit hikes . Good stuff Callum. I didn’t meet other staff members but if all know their equipment like he does then that’s probably one of the best staff in sports equipment stores.

Its a nice bright and open store, friendly staff. if you want a lighter wallet or smaller bank balance shop here.

This shop does not cater for anyone over a certain size. That size being SMALL. Not all outdoor people thin and petite. I would go elsewhere if you are above size 14 or mens large. Even in these sizes the products are small made.

Great selection of kit in a nice spacious shop. But most importantly the staff are super helpful. They all have a real passion for the outdoors and give great advice. They are far more interested in getting you the gear which is best for you than for selling you the item which costs a bit more. A strategy which has served them well as I keep going back time and time again for all my outdoor kit!
