A wonderful area with a beautiful Masjid and a good market that too only a few steps away from us residents.Good sports grounds such as that wide one of E-type flats, one which is known as childrens park behind f-type flats and many more smaller grounds.Although one thing the administration have not done right is the construction of the so called family park which is a family park to the extent of its name only.Im an inhabitant of 27 area for the past 14 or more years as of 2018, thats why there is a little bit of special attachment to this place.

Its good, peacefull and tranquil.

27 Area Market is adjacent to the Waqas Colony now. As after construction of Wall through out Wah Cantt, access from 27 Area is only for pedestrians now. Public on vehicles from 27 Area have to use Gudwal Road to approach this market. Mostly the Customers from Waqas Colony and New Budho use this market for groceries etc.
