The most slowest and pathetic service ever

This is the worst courier service i hav come across. My parcel took 17 days to reach me and even that i had to collect myself from their office. And above all their staff is rude and they all lie and keep saying and posting the status wrongly like customer not available, not reachable and even worse refused to accept. I had to call their local and main office 6 times yesterday to trace my parcel and even then had to go to their office located in a dirty, hard to find and secluded market. I will never recommend it to anyone.

Useless company. Never use them. Go for Pakistan Post, theyre more reliable then this shirt of a company.

Hi.....same experience i had.....my parcel is in their office ,which is in taxila.....or wherever it is. it was dispatched on 18 of nove from khi to isb n today is 22 nov....i dont know y Alkaram has hired such a cheap courier to deliver their shipments.so sadi will cancel my order by calling to Alkaram.....i wil pay 300 rs n also their (blue ex)representative asked to pick it from their office :(

Bad service. Bad support. They keep packages for weeks. Their online chat is useless as the rep leaves the chat without listening to the issue. Their delivery guys are rude on the phone and dont have manners to talk. As low as a service can get. If you want customer service, look somewhere else.
