Device istop working in 10 days .. completely dead ..I went SERVICE center . Worse service everFirst said that they need Packing for warranty.After arguments and by calling customercare they Agree.. then they make excuses .. need this and that by mail.. cant take for warranty . Made me wait for f* 3 hours . It has been 10 days .. and no revert.. worse service ever ..

Today I meet to Huawei service provider.. They solve my problem.. My problem was while I was voice calling to anyone same time i wasnt able to use internet connection. But now I can use internet during the voice call.Thank you .

Staffs here are so immature.Ispite of many of customers sitting there they are busy in doing their other works rather than solving the queries of customers.They are not well trained. Worst service.You all companies are only to sell mobiles, if any query arises you dont even care about them.
