Terminal infrastructure is so cool especially i like the lush green garden in the middle between terminal and beautiful flowers around.on the other side service need to be improve much, day by day you are loosing customers satisfaction please maintain your standards like before when you take a start in Sialkot.One more thing to say please strictly follow the safety and security measures.

Travel is perfect, buses are perfect. But the contact service is poor. The call never reaches the operator for seat booking. I always have to book a seat from bookme. Please provide us with a landline number or any other contact service.

This used to be one of the best public transportation but now it not as it used to be. It is only preferable as it does not have any long stops in its route. As far as service goes, it is just normal.No refreshments except for water and you have to buy their add-on to get some refreshments or eatables. Their headphones were also not working. Looks like they have comprised on good quality service.

Best service in Pakistan but they need to improve a lot... especially about timing of the travel.Mostly Daewoo buses come late. Departure time is okay but arrival time is not so good.

Its a Comfortable terminal. They have a cafeteria and a Passenger Lounge. Not crowdy at all.

No electricity backup when I had visited for advanced tickets. Poor Management. Un professional behavior of Daewoo Employee sitting at ticket counter.

A small town terminal. Staff is not friendly at all especially the secuirty staff. Very pathetic behaviour they have. Sialkot terminal is a fail i guess. The lost and found office, they wont co-operate with you even 1%. Thumbs down to this terminal.

Its ok, they need to improve their standards. We booked lukury bus but the seats and bus condition is not up to the mark.

Took too much time to reach. While booking online it showed the time 1:40hrs to reach but departure was 25minutes late and arrival was also 2:50hrs. Water was not available to drink in a bus. I asked about water and staff told me that he has not checked it.

Daewoo has to improve their services, as other competitive companies are there nowadays.

Poorly managed franchise. Hot in summer due to insufficient cooling. Dirty wash room which doesnt have proper lock.Staff was eating biryani in front of who, those were in dine in, after serving. Taste was as per Subways standard.

For Luxury and business classes expensive tikets, Daewoo should make compatible air conditioned waiting rooms. The cost of ticket not only include seats or coach but also equivalent other facilities, like AC waiting areas with comfortable seats, clean toilets etc

Its special buss services stop in lahore its located near to lahore motorway. And it also have different categories of bus mean. Normal. Gold class.and super luxury etc.And i have good experience in thus bus services. But in some cities they need to improve.

Daewo Express service is now more cargo oriented , passengers(humans) are less important to them. May be they are earning more from cargo business as compared to passengers business from the same bus, what so ever, instead of buying new buses for the ease and comfort of passengers, the management is developing more terminals and more stops for more cargo loading unloading, increasing travelling time and decreasing quality of services using the same old and tired vehicles.Why they are interested in losing their 15 years old well developed denomination of passengers services business, why their competitors are now offering better services in lower rates. God knows.....But its their own choice.

Good for some routes while average for few others. All in all mixed feeling about Daewoo as you dont know which Daewoo will meet u on the given day

Once again bad experience with Daewoo Express.While online booking there was mentioned super luxury bus and in real bus was of very poor condition as usual and same like my previous 2 experiences.

Pathetic service. We are traveling from sialkot to lahore. Bus is leaking from everywhere and daewoo managment didnt bother to change the bus or repair it. Even we complaint it while bus was still in their sialkot terminal.

Im always late at statio. Many time i missed my Booking.

Tata daewoo only plus point is strict schedule and advance booking , buses are very old for most routes and recently they brought new buses but unfortunately they just refurbished the old buses. Zero comfort level and they charge more than any other service. Lastly for any one traveling do top up phones snacks ,drinks before coming to terminal otherwise at daewoo terminal they charge 100 to 300 % more than normal price even more expensive than at airport :D

When I reached the travel was cancelled as the number of passengers were low. Very Disappointing as I could not reach in time to Sialkot where I was to chair a prize distribution function.
