Honestly its always a bad experience to visit this office and I never had a visit when I could smoothly get my work done. Youll be facing delays even for smallest of task and youll have to avoid bribery offers at many stages. But then they also deserve some praise. Theyve improved office environment. Theyve deployed cleaner staff. Organizational charts have be placed all over the premises. Their new procedures are relatively quicker. And many more improvements are seen but nothing to satisfy fully yet.

This center is catering to the needs of public at large relating to police.

No information what so ever..... very unhelpful staff same as in any government office in Pakistan. Only learner licence department is good. but the practical licence department is a shame.. they make you wait out for hours without any shade while officials are chatting inside ... always come late and very rude and illiterate staff
